Well done bloke, Easy to follow and as you said, there is a lot of wire for cameras. I have an early 2006 BF Fairlane, so I need to install ALL camera's. My Fairlane is dam LOOOOONG so having the 4 cameras inistalled will help me lots when parking. It does have reversing beepers, I'm going to install front beepers as well as the cameras on 360deg view. New camera installs on the side mirrors as my model didn't come out with camera option, had to wait till the next model, FG and later for reversing camera install. Thanks again for your video, helps. I loved watching your video. It was straight to the point and very informative. I have a few questions to ask!
I am wanting to add side cameras to my car, similar to what the Tesla cars have when you turn on your blinker and a camera picture pops up.
My this project I am wanting to do the installation on my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. It does not have blinkers on the side mirrors but I do have a stock head unit that brings up the back-up camera picture when I put it in reverse. In your video you said if the head unit you have shows picture when you are backing up then you can add side cameras and you can bring up the pictures through the same head unit. I am wanting the two side cameras to be activated via the turn signal.
Would I be able to use my stock head unit's video screen to feed in the other 2 side mounted cameras and tie them into the switcher? I feel ike that would be a really clean look and was hoping I could get away without adding any mini-lcd screens just for my turn signals.

Regular head unit with camera display will work and you can grab the turn signal from the rear blinkers or fuse boxes.

Will this device signal constant power to your camera for your side cameras? If you take power from the blinker it will be intermittent power and camera would flash on and off
I hope you can help me. I just installed these on the directional mirror lights on a Ram promaster 2500. The left and right cameras come on just fine when I have the key switch set to ACC, but when I start the van the cameras will not turn on when
I try the left and right blinker. They will work with the remote button though. I am at a loss on why this is happening and hope you might have an idea or two. Thanks in advance.
I installed one of those and when the camera on the right is working and the brake goes off and the left one comes on
Are you sure you tapped into the right wire? You’re supposed to provide power to the module and then power from your right signal for the right camera to turn on and then power from your left signal for your left camera to turn on so you’re gonna have three circuits to module to power it up and the other ones are to signal when the camera is turned on.

i had the unit and it only lasted 6 months and then my cameras were not coming on and took for ever when the radio started so i had to wait unlike just connecting it straight to the radio. Also make sure you connected the reverse 12v signal wire to the radio so it knows when to turn the camera on otherwise it will never turn on. try putting 12v straight to the camera enable wire and see if it comes on. fyi it distorts your camera image so if it already looks like crap this will make it worse.
