Hi! We stayed at the AC Hotel, mostly because we were using Marriott points. For transit we arrived and departed via train (check out our Panorama Express video!) and within Innsbruck itself everything we did was very walkable.

Thank you! Yes there is a ticket machine and also a ticket office at the station. We bought them right before we boarded. I hope you enjoy your trip!

I am planning to visit innsbruck the first week of october, are 24 hours enough for city walk and nordkette trip, pls suggest
