@mike n @james so glad you guys finally had a chat and resolved things between yourselves.... remember storming is part of forming any REAL relationship, well done guys IMO you guys make such a lakka team!
Linesman pliers to put in a bolt? You need an additional sponsor ... 😂😂😂 Get a small clamp-on vise for the workbench. You'll thank yourself later. The ribbon lights are a nice touch.
I like to turn medals into magnets for the fridge...u can find adhesive magnets at craft stores or online. One or two on the back of a medal and u have something useful!
Wonderful series, although I did keep hoping that Blake would make a cameo and sympathize with James about the change in weather between Africa and the UK...
Nice setup! I'm currently waiting for the epoxy floor paint in my shed/pain cave to dry/harden before moving stuff back in. Up here in Scandinavia I had to fix the draining as well as insulate, I suspect this cave probably needs a dehumidifier at some point (if not I highly recommend it) :)
Great looking place. BUT ... there's a ton of valuable stuff inside and the one door you briefly showed could be open by a burglar in 30 seconds. Equally garages are notorious for flimsy, easy to open up-and-over doors. I really advise you to reinforce all access points to the garage (including any from the house) to avoid any security issues. Happy training :)
It would be interesting to see a follow-up video in 6 months or so to see how you're getting along with your pain cave... what you liked best or needed to change .... or maybe you nailed it the first time.
@@jamescunnama3583 Thanks James. I really like your input on the GTN videos keep up the great work. Great to hear Jody is still training and hopefully still racing
How did you change electrical installation? Surely it's not the same with all this new equipment. I'd be interested hi you actually did all the work because showing shopping, state before and a final result is... well... anticlimactic. The cave looks great but the path leading to it is missing. Maybe it's time for GTN Tech channel?
What do you think? Can we improve James' cave? What are we missing? Share your ideas below 👇
I would add a mini fridge full of redbull and other refreshments
Sweet setup!! I know you’re limited on space, but some strength training equipment would make this another level up. Awesome video series!
Excellent build. Nice 👍🏽
will you be digging a pool as well?
just need a swimming pool or endless pool now
Triathlon and power tools... Love it!
Right!
Pain cave goals! Love the transformation. And the humour.
Thanks - glad you like it! 🙂
Featuring the builds is a 100% great idea!!! Love it!!!

Love it!
Looks great James, what a transformation!
really impressed with the triathletes construction skills
Champions of the 'hack'?
These are great! Keep them coming because it’s giving me ideas for my pain cave that I’m going to make. 👍
Great series, it turned out really nice!
Glad you think so!
Loved this series. Great pain cave!!
Great, We're glad you enjoyed it Paul!
Well that was fast! I really like the led accents.
Running Biking and Renos...solid idea.

Outstanding work on the pain cave! Looks great and I'm feeling a bit envious wishing i had one like it.
Love it. Looks fabulous! Bit jealous of the cool tools
Awesome 2 videos! Can't wait to see what's next!?
Looks amazing!!
It does - thanks!
Fun episode! Put the TV on a wall slide so depending on where you are at it’s right in front of you.
Looks great James.
I did alp de huez tri…that’s tough and you won it!!What an athlete

Great job boys!
I assume the 'ultimate' triathlon pain cave would have a swimming pool too 😂
🤔
8:57 now that you’ve had two years of use, is the TV mounted too high? Does it cause any sore neck?
Really sweet setup. Any plans to try and add some strength equipment/area? The space is pretty tapped but there might be options.
We'll have a think! 🤔

This looks a lot better from when it was in December. I'll miss using the buggy as a bottle holder though 😂
Episode 2!!!!

Thanks. It’s inspiring me to sort my own garage out. Other than the donated kit, what was the budget?
You need a plastic splash pool for laps. 1’ deep should suffice!
My whole home is a Pain Cave. I torture myself at work to pay the rent. 🤣🤣🤣 Anyway, great Job Bob 'James' Villa
Hi there, what di you use for the floor? I mean what type are the "puzzles?
Excelente 👏 bendiciones
Thank you, Wilson!
Fantastic job. Now I have to upgrade mine a little bit. Did you put anything in for weight training?
Next up... Maybe a recovery cave for Heather or Mark...sauna, steam room, spa, ice bath, a small cafe...
Awe lekker man. Wou se die accent klink afrikaans. Nice pain cave man
Thank you!
What kind of treadmill is that?
Hi Arne, The treadmill in question is a Technogym MY Run. :)
What's the idea behind the planks on the wall?
Hi Daniel, Mostly aesthetics and sound dampening!
Needs some weights and snacks : D
Hi James. What treadmill do you have in that brilliant pain cave please?
Technogym MyRun

All those power tools, but no spanner for the TV wall mount?!
Summed the problem up perfectly... Ironic, isn't it. 🤷♂️
I think you still have room for a Vasa swim erg
I would have expected an endless pool. You don't need swim training?

first as usual
Seems like GTN should have hired your wife?
