Cars are a very personal choice! I think the a6 is the best in it’s class cause it gives the best of both worlds. A luxurious cabin for the driven... and a more than decent driving experience for the driver. Before I bought the last edition, I always preferred the 5 series over the a6, because of the driving engagement the former had to offer. However, after 2 years of owning an a6... I can definitely say... that for me the a6 is the perfect sedan out there.
Yeah, But one has to take the eyes off the road everytime to use the touchscreens.. In addition to those, a single Rotating knob like in BMW's would be better..

I was a big fan of the A6 all these years & loved it more than all it's rivals for the quality & overall elegance it exuded, but the LWB E-class & BMW 6 series GT have taken the game several notches forward & I don't think even this new gen A6 wud be a match for anyone of them. The Merc, though being more expensive certainly justifies the price tag it comes wid by offering acres of space, comfort identical to an S-class & rich feature list wud certainly appeal to a lot more buyers & the BMW, being the best driver's car in this segment, these two just don't leave any room for the Audi to make any mark in the game. Audi will have to do a lot more to appeal to the Indian consumers

This is sad to know that there wont be any A7. That was the only Audi that I love! Plus, the large grill suits on the Audis. Large Kidney Grills on BMWs is ugly(except Z4, 3 series & 8 series)
A7 had no demand bro. They will launch RS7 next year or in 2021 for sure... BMW M5 and Mercedes E63s AMG will have an answer from Audi... that's for sure.
I really liked the new a6. The only thing they missed was, as you said, another way to control the infotainment. The screens scream for our attention off the road which is dangerous
I don't know why every car manufacturer is going with touch screens so aggressively,don't people feel it a little difficult to manage it while driving? In my opinion the physical management should also be given at this price point like the rotatory wheel in the previous version,that makes the experience buttery smooth.

There should have been some physical buttons atleast for the air conditioning and few other features..the dual touch infotainment seems to be more modern but buttons have their own pros...
Without the matrix LED, the front radar sensors and a that 18'' wheel it doesn't look quite so good. When you reviewed it in Portugal which had all of those, it looked more elegant Is the 55tfsi not available in India or even a 50?
Nobody buys bigger engines in the literal sense. 99% of BMW 5 series or Mercedes E-class i have seen on the road are BMW 520d or Mercedes E220d... nobody buys the six cylinder cars for city use. Even on the highway 2.0 litre is more than enough for these cars. Deal Breaker for only 1 out of 100.
In Europe you get rear wheel drive all variety all electric electric adaptive air suspension perfomence model and more so why the out you doesn't come with this in India But this is better than Pi series in design what is not best performance like Jaguar XF and is not most comfortable like Mercedes E class and it's not safe as like Volvo s90 but it it really and value for money car Audi well-deserved price
Volvo XC60 which is almost the same size inside and out has air suspension on all four corners... its an SUV i know but still... AUDI Q5 is more expensive and doesn't get air suspension. I wonder how VOLVO gets it to work... and Audi which is has more money doesn't. This car won't work.... Mercedes E-Class is still the benchmark and a new facelift is around the corner... which will effectively bury this car.
old a6 's suspension was super good , but too expensive , and required care , like on tricky parking slopes you had to take care that it does not tilt too much , while changing tyre turn off then on and other stuff which might not be much, but always stays in owners mind newer one i believe is cheap and low maintenance
Audi a6 wont be a benchmark without an air suspension because its not like a 5 series or jagura xf in handling only a6 should be excellent in comfort by air suspension Bmw 3 series or mercedes c300d is better instead of this a6
Yes...air suspension is good but years pass on.. air suspension tends to burst and it will hole your pockets.. I have Audi A6 2012 CBU unit changed rear suspension air balloons 2 times.. ODO 35000km once and 80000km once

I think Volvo S90 is better looking and definitely better equipped than this. For me... the holy trinity of mid-size luxury sedan has shifted from MERC,BMW and AUDI to MERC,BMW and Volvo. With Jaguar on fourth.... i just don't know whether people will buy this now.... affectively 2 years late than when it should have been brought.

They had air suspension in india in the previous model. It’s a smart move by Audi to remove air suspension because indian roads are too fucked.
