I don’t care if Panerai is objectively the best, the worst or just a mediocre luxury watch. This brand has such a vibe to it, I just love it!

Here from watching the whole episode, thanks a lot to everyone involved. I'm realistically never going to own a watch over £3K(and the servicing which follows) but you and other people have brought my attention to Longines which seems to have a really unique/classy style and(surprisingly) affordable servicing in comparison with other brands. Cheers to you three hosting and to all the team working in the background :)
Longines (and Oris) are fantastic and consistently under appreciated,very well established watch maisons/companies, they put out some watches that, if they had a different name on the dial, would be 4x the cost. The new in house Oris cal.473 is stunning, has a TEN year guarantee, 10 days of power reserve, etc, etc!, for the money, its outstanding. Have a look at the Longines 190th anniversary Master collection watch, less than £2k and just beautiful!
I bought the SMP 300 with black dial on the black strap 3 months ago now. I’m very happy with the purchase and I “Effing” LOVE this watch!!!
I picked up a Green Seamaster because of this video LOL. Good stuff guys!

As a chef and not a diver I’m actually picking up the Black seamaster today..I was torn between the speedy but for that price point I do not want to wind a watch.
A bit like a Monty Python sketch except Bruce has been replaced with Antoine!🤪🤣👍🏼
I recently bought a new Longines Ultra-chron for $3400 and a like new, used black, all ceramic, Hydroconquest with 4 years still left on the warranty for $2000 … that’s $5400 …leaving me about $600 for a very nice steak dinner, with a couple of excellent bottles of wine, for me and my girl…. So… I win!

My opinion.
Diving as a job ..... quality watches under a grand . Takes some severe hard wear and will do the same job.
Desk diver ? Why do you pay 5 grand for a watch that will only ever see a shower or swimming pool?
If I paid £5000 or over for a watch I wouldn’t dive in it , because it’s precious. However if I was very wealthy I would!
