I am a law student, and I've been searching for video tutorials on Tort. This one is so mind- opening, even though the teaching is meant for Accounting students. This professor is an audacious story teller when it comes to cases. I find his teachings easy to comprehend and fun at the same time. Please keep doing this. It is of immeasurable assistance.
This professor is better than any I had at University. I love his stories (cases) to explain.

Please note before watching the lecture that there was a mistake in the lecture. Glasgow Corp was in fact held liable for the growing of the poisonous berries. So there a duty of care there and a breach thereof. But try to get the principles instead of the exact story. Just keep in mind that little mistake as you listen

I came here to learn Tort but ended up hearing the extraordinary story of Martin Shop of BDO who’s statement costs him £105m.
