This has to be the most frustrating GPS I've ever used. I can't even type in my address the elimation of digits as you type is so inefficient and annoying and saving the addresses is a pain. Also added my home address then ask it to navigate home and it can't find it.
I just got this system and this part is a pain. But you can just touch line five(United States) when they appear and not have to listen to all the options first. You probably already figured this out.
I have to look up the address on google because if I say for instance on google, you say, "take me to San Francisco Zoo California", it finds it and gives a list of locations, push it and your done . This? You have to type in the exact number and Address, unfortunately, it's useless plus it takes time.
I’m an owner of a 2018 Jeep Compass as well but I require help with actually trying to get the gps on screen, I don’t see any app that shows nav, any solutions?
Depending on the year of your vehicle radio, you may have a setting that allows you to change the direction of the NAV heading, options usually are map heading North, or heading the direction of the vehicle.

Why does mine give me 5 country options, with US being 5, and i have to listen through all of them, before asking city state, house no. Etc???
Did you ever find out? I just made the mistake of activating mine and it's the worst GUI I have ever seen in a navigation software.

You may not have the NAV option on your Jeep

I want NORTH to ALWAYS be at the top!! How can I change?
In your NAV settings there is an adjustment for display, either North at the top or direction headed at the top
