The rap culture and hip hop culture has ruined the black community to it's core. No values, no character, and no decency can be found in the black community. I'm a black man myself, but I'm becoming increasingly more disconnected from my community of people. When it comes to my ethnicity, I'm connecting with black men and women who are dissociating themselves from the toxic rap culture. Along with that, I'm trying to connect with Bible Believing Believer's of all races and ethnicities and push the Word of the Lord forward. Prison and death are not my goals.

I would beg to differ with that. I think that the so-called black community is really split into two groups. First, ninjas, who are absolutely ashamed of nothing--but they are also offended by nothing, which is part of the problem, because they just don't care what the rest of the world thinks of them. Second, decent black people, who are often offended by seemingly everything, but that's due to being incorrectly lumped in with the ninjas.

A man that can be objective understands what is and what isn't personal, but the average hood dude/girl doesn't bother thinking objectively about anything and so they take EVERYTHING personally.
I hate being around a person like that. It's like walking on eggshells...and they know it. Which is why they don't change it. It gives them a sense of immediate power.

I grew up in Stone Mountain, GA in the mid 90s to the 2010s, just on the east side of metro Atlanta. I can't tell you how overjoyed I was to leave for college and get out of those neighborhoods. I wasn't in the hood, but the hood wasn't far. I was demonized for making decent grades, I had a 3.1 GPA . I was demonized for studying and excelling in classical music. I was humiliated for not being sexually active and not wanting to risk getting a girl pregnant. Yes, I had those desires like any other normal teenage boy. Didn't go to clubs, didn't drink, didn't like rap music, didn't do whatever dance, etc. I was just a normal teenage boy that liked music, video games, Dragonball Z, track and field because I ran the mile and 2 mile, and girls. But because I didn't endorse and regularly participate in mainstream black culture, I'm called the sell out. And also, because I was so heavily involved and successful in orchestra, majority of my friends weren't black. So I got flak for that. Half of my friends were Asian. And you know anything about working alongside Asian, they don't mess around. They will excel because high work ethic and bringing honor to your family has been driven into their culture and identity. Anyways, all that to say, I've witnessed too much generational poverty, mama/step daddy drama, and out of wedlock childrearing. I don't want to repeat any of that. Being exposed to different cultures through my high school friends showed me that I don't have to be stuck and repeat that cycle. I didn't leave the "black community," they kicked me out. And frankly, I don't care and they can go kick rocks.

It might seem impossible, but there is always hope through God. He is the omnipotent God of the universe, the one who created us all. He loves us, regardless of who we are or what skin color we are. We are worthy of death because of sin, but Jesus brought us grace...a chance to be able to know God's forgiveness. We must all pray to God over these issues and have faith that He is listening. Always pray for God's will to be done, for His will to come first. He listens and can bring about change. Pray.

There were already problems pre 1960. Just nothing like what was post 1960. In the 1950s there already were youth gangs that ended up being the cores of what later became the Crips and Bloods. In the 1950s the single mother crisis was already present, in fact it got started in the 1940s. Actually the problem goes all the way back to the 1910s with the rise of Garveyism, Black Hebrew cults, and pseudo Islam groups all of which did damage by pulling black folks away from the Gospel. 1910s was the start of the decline just that up until the 1960s it was a slow decline.

The black community began to lose its direction years ago. God Almighty used to be our God, our hope and our Deliverer. We have exchanged godliness for carnality in communities such as those represented and many churches, in my opinion, have exchanged real worship for entertainment. The church, and the black church specifically, has become so ethnocentric, and self centered, that our weaknesses have made us ineffective in reaching the lost. We cannot blame sinners for living sinfully especially when the saints have abdicated our roles and the mandate from Jesus to go into all the world. Fear, ignorance and maybe feelings of inadequacy, has made cowards of many in my opinion. It breaks my heart to see it😢😢

Your commentary is correct. 👍🏾 As an African American woman that attends a church in the inner city, I go out to witness and prayer walk in the community with my church’s evangelism team. Any church or group can do that. On the Saturday before Easter we went into a community close to the church to pick up the (large amount of) trash in the area, and also set up a grill and fed them free BBQ. And of course, shared the Gospel with some individuals as the Lord opened up the door, and invited them to church.
We are also looking into having an after school tutoring ministry available where we can encourage and help the children and youth to succeed in school. It could also give the opportunity to share the Gospel with them, and disciple them. 🙏🏾

So why do we act like ethnicity and nationality doesn't matter at all? Rather than abandon our brothers and sisters is it possible to ban together and show them our example and engage to teach them? You are 💯% correct. I agree with everything you are saying. I don't subscribe to many TH-cam channels.

I don't condone any of this bad behavior. However, I disagree that this is an indictment on the whole of the Black community. I would say that the majority of the Black community do not engage in this behavior. Unfortunately, the ones who do record and publicize it. If I post a video of me going to work everyday, coming home to my wife and taking care of my children...I'd get three views.

Mr. Minor already knows this. But he makes these racist videos so that he can rise to the status of Jesse Lee Peterson, Brian Tatum, etc

It's naive to think this foolishness doesn't represent the black community. This debauchery and evil is the strongest influence and voice in the black community, therefore that's the indictment of the black community. People need to be honest, we know there are decent people in the black community but they are not being promoted, what's being promoted and pushed is the evil and wickedness, therefore that's what the community is.

Absolutely! We are so quick to talk against our own! Bad behavior occurs among all communites but they don't go against each other the way we do. Like any other community we have our problems and issues but we so quick to publize it to the world while as other communities keep it amongst their own!

Hi Corey, this video is so sad, but also so true about black culture in many parts of the usa. I don't know much about you, I just started watching your content about 1 month ago, but you seem like a very nice, level-headed person. Keep your trust in the Lord & may God bless you.

I've been having conversations about this with my Christian friends and how I'm afraid to be around these people and I, too, am black.

Thank you my brother in Christ! I found your channel and truly am blessed that I did. I am so thankful to find like minded believers in the Savior. Our loyalty should be to the father not our skin color or race. I am white and there are lost people of all colors shapes and sizes. God created us in the skin we were given and he doesn't make mistakes. I am so scared for my grandson growing up in the lack of community that we are seeing today. I grew up in the 70s and 80s and things were so different then. It is so hard to see how children act and behave. It is sad that they don't see how they are disrespecting themselves.... The Father is the only person that can save us! God Bless all of my brothers and sisters in Christ. May the Father give you divine protection from this evil world we are in... Thank you Jesus for your love, salvation and protection!

I’ve never seen it this bad. It is horrendous what’s taking place in the black communities across this nation. They don’t mind embarrassing ourselves in public. No self control or self respect.
