      In which context ? There are multiple Acts applicable for health care industry like Indian Medical Council Act, Indian Nursing Council Act etc.
      First of all, find purpose like if you are looking to establish health care organization then Act related to establishment must be followed, then for daily functioning etc.

      I can provide few tips from my experience :
      1) As you hold degree, try to know job vacancies in HR in your current organization as people know you better by your skills & experience in this company.
      2) Would recommend you to take practical knowledge of HR (assuming you haven't work in HR domain).
      3) Check jobs online & eligibility criteria.
      4) If possible, upgrade yourself as per market standards.
      5) High chances are that you could get job in HR domain in small size company where they need elderly responsible people to handle multiple tasks related to HR.
      These are only few tips.
      Please search more about this on several HR platforms.
