You really gotta stretch the fabric to compress the foam, it’s gonna wrinkle as you use it just some tips homie I’ve recovered seats it’s pretty annoying lol

Thanks for the tips, I have done a few in the past and this is honestly probably my worse one unfortunately - too much foam chasing comfort I think. Thanks for the views too!
