Bet your happy with results. Its a bit easier with oil or wd40 as a lubricant. Just spray the wool and effected area and go to town scrubbing. Great content thanks for sharing.
Im thinking of picking up this old fixed gear bike. But its pretty bare bones and has a bit of rust on it. Im thinking now I might be able to get it looking pretty decent
holey moley that steel wool doing the heavy lifting. That looks mint. Do you think it will do the same with Gold Chrome or will scratch it up too much?
Hey mate, I have a feeling it might have a different effect on the gold chrome, depends on the quality of the part I think. I don't really have many gold parts but I might so some experimenting. Good luck with you resto of your bike!
Hey Michael, I have used a range of methods, I do like the tin foil method as well and I use coke instead of water. I feel that it is fairly rough on the chrome though. Citric Acid bath is my favourite method though. Why are you against the steel wool method so much out of interest?
I always enjoy a lowrider video 👍
SOS pads work like a champ 🍻
can’t wait to see how this turns out!! 💪💪
