Around here if you sell a bike you should have full reflectors on it for liability. I let the buyer remove them if they want.

I think you got a steal on the cruiser, I tried to find a ladies one but couldn't for cheap. The fork is bent on mine and the damn thing is frozen on.
I would suggest you pickup a parts bike I do that a lot on bikes that are not very original
Leave the original fork just get a different tire . That’s what I did on my 65 Schwinn rat rod bicycle build
Those forks weren’t original either if they would of been I would of kept them for sure

I hear you I have too many bikes ended up selling this one and got a 50s tornado with a tank all original for same price that one is a keeper
