I wish I could find an air fryer that was non toxic. They all seem to have non stick coatings. How hard can it be for companies to manufacture using stainless steel?

I have seen videos about stainless and or cast iron air fryers. I don't know more than that. I don't use one. Good luck in your search.

There are stainless steel air fryers. They’re basically toaster ovens with the air fryer function.

@@francestaylor9156 the toaster oven air fryers I have seen all have a non stick interior.

EXCELLENT. I knew it already. However hearing it again does not do any harm. Also, getting the word out is positively VITAL. Thank you for this video.

Same…. I’ve heard they don’t leach microplastics but I’m doubtful

Do you still think calories matter? You lost all the extra weight you had. Good on you man. I personally think you were still over weight because you hadn't fully healed yet. Yes, if you continued calorie deficit but with nutrient dense food you'll lose the weight but I'm not so sure the healing is as full. You're the first long term carnivore I've seen that looks kinda flabby. No offense meant. Keep up the good fight. ❤

You don't want to eat cancer yet eat bacon ?
    How odd .

      Sugar feeds cancer not bacon.

Cancer is a metabolic disease. If you cut out carbohydrates your body becomes “fat adapted” using saturated fats as its energy source (ketones) not glucose which is much healthier is it does not cause inflammation. Bacon (homemade) is a superfood and most certainly NOT carcinogenic. Do your research - you have been brainwashed by the industrial food industry because it is cheaper to mass produce carbohydrates.

You have to eat multiple pounds a day, every day, to get enough nitrates to have any real effect. Quit listening to big food and pharma. th-cam.com/video/AmS4aMvKcWY/w-d-xo.html
