Thank you for posting this. I really appreciate this type of compilation video, especially in the category of No slide bunkhouses, it's exactly what I'm looking for!
The Grand Design floorplan was very nice, but I actually prefer the Wildwood, Jayco and East West’s floorplan, which by now you also know that I definitely prefer over the ancient and uncomfortable Winnebago floorplan😂😂😂
Forest River Primetime Avenger 26BK should be an honorable mention. Really enjoy your TH-cam videos. Best in the industry! We (family of four) finally entered RV camping by purchasing a brand new 2022 Forest River Primetime Avenger 26BK. Since August 2022, have pulled it 7,500 miles! (...and for 5 months Nov - March it sits winterized in our driveway in Massachusetts) Your Top 5 No Slideout Bunkhouse models are well selected!! I remember watching your positive review of a 2021 Primetime Avenger 26BK too. Anyway, just giving people another brand/model to consider when looking into buying their first RV. We pull it with a Chevy Tahoe (towing package) and it pulls well. Simple, yet it has the basics to enjoy RV camping trips, and a bit easier maintenance. Oh...we pulled it to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore (Empire, MI), staying at Lake Leelanau Pines CG in Cedar, MI. We wanted to make a stop in Coldwater, MI to see our favorite RV TH-cam video series person eva! Time caught up to us on the long drive/pull back to Boston, Massachusetts! Keep up the great RV videos!
Not yet released freedom 22se would be cool.. really looking forward to that. Bedroom window and double azdel. If it only had stability wide tandem axle and aluminum reinforced construction where pass through storage is it would be a real winner for me but, I will have to wait for your video to see.
I guessed your 1st 4. I thought the mkse was going to be on there, but then you said Transcend... oh yeah, I remember that vid. I watch too many bunkhouse vids. I appreciate this 1. Thanks!
Well that was an episode of no nonsense lets go rving fun campers some starter units and some lets keep it forever units ,great reviews, that winnebago minnie is a keeper , face it easy towing. parking ,and maintenance ,thats a state and and national park unit all day long not to mention the off road curb appeal thanks
I like them all but I think I would have chosen the jay flight as number one for me. I just think on a rainy day, you can find better "personal space" to chill out. I just really like the layout of this camper. Keep up the good work!
These are great. Most 5000lbs or less perfect for 1/2ton towing. Wild wood on steroids? That’s like roasted marshmallows with skittles and a Mountain Dew chaser. Woohoo time to get all jacked up. Something else that’s good that we have tried is warm Krispy Kreme glazed donuts with a roasted marshmallow in between. Oh the grandkids ran wild after that.
I was going to buy the 19dbxl but ended up with the east Two West Alta 2100 for literally the same out the door money, I am super happy with how much more trailer I ended up with!
I gota say that if a family is planning on traveling more than just to a local campground but rather do some true exploring I like the storage capability on the East to West.
When you’re doing these flyover quick reviews with Murphy beds I would love a quick sentence on if you can travel with it down. I don’t want a Murphy bed but if I can leave it down and the sofa doesn’t show, it would be something I could still consider.
Josh, one model I’ve noticed you seem to skip out on is the very popular Keystone Passport models! Can you do a video on these models? One of the more popular floor plans that would fit in this category is the 219bh
Not for lack of trying. I like passport and have for years. You might notice I used to have plenty of opportunities to get my hands on them. But currently I just dont bump into them in my adventures. I would be MORE than happy to get their stuff on camera!
I might toss in my recommendation of the KZ Sportsman SE 270bhse. East to west facing bunks (what aren’t more manufacturers making this style bunk!?!?!?’) sofa AND dinette, privatized bedroom with a walk through bath. I know it’s on the more entry level side of things, but it’s a unique floorplan in a no-slide model that I wish other manufacturers would pick up on.
@@JoshtheRVNerd very tru haha! We still love you uncle Josh!🥳🥳🥳 I called the great falls location the other day asking about the 170MBH and told them uncle Josh sent me! They knew exactly who I was referring to haha
I agree the Wildwood bunkhouse trailer needs a window in the door or a window on the side just forward of the door.
👍🏻
Love the no slides!
The East West definitely has a far more livable floorplan than the Winnebago 👍

My pleasure. Ty for watching
YEESSSSS!!! Thank you for making this one, absolutely love it! Great video as always, much appreciated!!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
🎉 Never need a door where I sleep! Wall\slide door sleep area Swap fridge & door!
No bunks. Bath is great.

Ty so much!
Yes!
A half ton family camper video! Thank you.
Our pleasure!
The Jayco is also very livable for the amount of people it can sleep👍

That east west Floorplan is awesome 👌

You know me so well

I like the East West Alta..
full bathroom & good size tanks & tandem axles.
The like Transcend for the same reasons.
Thx Josh..good vid!!
🐾😎👍

Fair enough! Can't go wrong with flights! :)
Great info....TY.............yeh...all dual axles....

Good job, Josh!
Oh, and you're welcome for basically shouting at you every chance I got to look at a 247BH!!! :)
😊
Thanks, Josh.
My pleasure
Need to do a 5 big COMMODE ROOM
I was going to buy the 19dbxl but ended up with the east Two West Alta 2100 for literally the same out the door money, I am super happy with how much more trailer I ended up with!
Wow!! Well done!!

Those EtW models surprise me

Ty for the idea. In the full videos I do cover road mode for all of them
These are excerpts from those longer videos

Ty for the vote!
I bought the 247bh by grand design and love it!
Great pick!!
YES!!!
Enjoy!
I personally don’t need a bunkhouse model although it would make a great storage space or a ridiculous closet space…hmm.
Imagine 21bhe should be on here somewhere
I haven’t seen one yet. Next year it just might be!!
You had me at Mountain Dew Enema 😂😂😂😂
😄Good Stuff, Great Tips
Glad you enjoyed!
The Palomino Puma 23bhc is also good. It has as outdoor kitchen.
Thank you for sharing. I haven’t seen that one but will try to keep an eye out
For all you do bish needs to give you more camp time 🤙🤙
Thanks for the videos
They constantly tell me to just put the phone away
Would like to see more on the WB 1800BH please
I got you m.th-cam.com/video/rY1iMJR6t5I/w-d-xo.html
Jayco 274 bh ? Video please
Will do!
The Wildwood is a very entry level trailer but is far more livable than the disappointing Winnebago☹️
Wonder if the bunk beds can be nixxed in favor of storage space?
Not from the factory but people certainly do it. They're not critical to the RV's structural integrity by any means
@@JoshtheRVNerd thanks
You didn't add the go play 26bh
This video was released before those existed. This year's lists definitely include that one. I feel its one of the best family starters out there
Actually shocked the 170MBH or the 190MBD didn’t make this list. Like mind blown if I’m being honest 😅😅🤷♂️
But just my opinion
Man it's so hard to narrow things down like this. There's just... there's SO MANY OPTIONS
@@JoshtheRVNerd very tru haha! We still love you uncle Josh!🥳🥳🥳

Transcend negatives. OSB everywhere and no outside kitchen and not much outdoor storage.
Fair points. TY
The Winnebago is just the same old dated disappointing dinette only east west floorplan that can’t even seat half of the people that it can sleep😬😬😬
