Nice video. I've lived in Sapporo for 4 years but - believe it or not - I've never skied Kokusai (despite averaging more than 40 days last season). I'm usually at Teine, Annupuri or Rusutsu, but I'll be sure to go next season. Which side (looking downhill) do you go for the best off piste?

Amazing, you seem to be the only one on the mountain who did not wear face mask. Is it not required?

Hey! Love the video. What was the date when you took this video? I'm headed to Japan to ski in mid February and I'm wondering if I can expect the snow will still be good at that point in the season.
    Thanks!

Hello there, so exciting to hear about your trip to Sapporo! This video was shot in December 2020, but snow in February is some of the best of the season, so you will definitely be able to ski without any problems. In fact, there is so much snow in Kokusai ski resort that you can even ski until May!

Great video. I only discovered Niseko yesterday from watching a travel programme on Netflix. I struggled to find good vlogs to help me understand what’s on offer for me and my son’s ski ability. This was perfect. Can you let me know what month you filmed this video? Also advise if December is a good month to visit for skiing please?

      Thanks for your comment!
In Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort, you can enjoy skiing from mid-November to early May, depending on the year.
This video was shot in December.
The best powder snow season is from January to March, but it's also a good month to visit in December.
We are waiting for you and your son here in Sapporo!

      Sorry for late reply!
And of course, the Kokusai Ski R esort has kid-friendly services!
Kids can enjoy sledding and snow tubing in the Kids Park, and there are also gentle trails where the whole family can enjoy skiing together😊
