Why are there so frequently 2-3 hundred likes on these videos. They are so valuable. Amazing. This deserves so many more likes.

soo the first one for me is wrong. it was kinda like that at first. but when i started marketing i put one ad in the local paper. im the only one at the very top of service directory of three small cities around me. ive done 7 grand in business over the last ten weeks. this is my first year. word of mouth keeps spreading. i have 2 employees and looking for more.
also i had a call to one area near me with a bunch of identical houses i hit maybe 20 with my card in the door. now i have 12 houses on that route. I live in northern michigan harsh winters and THATS WHEN I STARTED. didnt pick up till spring though

That was an awesome interview! I enjoyed the point about creating the desire of clean windows with clients. Personally, that why I like high end storefronts and small businesses. One, you always can find the owners working, and they need those windows clean year round. So that why my goal is to have enough storefronts and commercial accounts where I do not have to ever clean another house again. Houses can be nice if it a good customer and good house. But it’s very unpredictable market, I would rather have a steady flow of cash thought out the year, rather than the highs and lows in residential work. Then again, I don’t have employees and don’t plan to.
Looking forward to seeing more interview like this one.

Really enjoyed this. Had to laugh at the end when Steve mentioned people going in and offering to do cleaning for $2/pane as if that's always crazy cheap. Unfortunately in the area I live in, EVERY company only charges $2/pane. I'm not even kidding. Worked for the largest company in the area, one of my buds owns another one. I've checked online, every company is charging $2/pane. Definitely not the best place for long term window cleaning. But it'll get me through college. Even at $2/pane I make 3x what I would at any other job.

What are ways you can tell if it's safe to use razers, steel/bronze wool?

look in the corners it should say if it is tempered. if it say tempered safety glass dont touch it with a razor.
