ingredients:
One rack of pork ribs
Half a stick of butter
Sugar-free barbecue sauce.
BPOS seasoning.
Directions:
Cut rack of ribs into individual ribs.
Season thoroughly with seasoning
Smoke at 275 for 45 minutes and then flip and then smoke for an additional 45 minutes
Add ribs to aluminum pan and add butter and sugar free barbecue sauce.
Cover and smoke for an additional 30 minutes
Let rest for about 30 minutes before eating.
