It's not fair how all the steroids users have tons of subscribers but a true and honest person doesn't. Keep up the good work mike

What if they’re true and honest about being on gear

@@afroponix3414 then that's different. But there are ones that are not honest about the gear they take, and many naive viewers get mad when trying to apply the information they listen to and give up.

@@kush7138 I agree. I was just playing devils advocate. I also agree with your assessment that it will lead to unreal expectations and increased body dysmorphia.

man i wish i could've heard this while growing up. At 16 17 18 male 6ft I always had super low upper body fat but a fat ass and thighs. Was mad self conscious about it and went into a bad overeating habit gaining around 30 kilos in a year then ACTUALLY becoming fat. Till one day at 20yo i looked back at what i used to look like and realised i was actually in decent shape the whole time. It's crazy you don't realise what you had till it's gone, since then I've been in the gym 6x a week eating well for the past month and working to improve myself. This video has kept me motivated so thanks alot

24 days on my fitness journey today....I'm 5'9.. 79kg skinny fat when I started ,now I am weighing between 75-76 kg for more than a week now, stagnant although I have increased the intensity of my workouts and kept my diet under calorie deficiet....thank you,il keep on continuing with or without progress. I'm aiming to achieve 68kg and maintain between 68 to 70kg for the rest of my life.

As long as the general trend is going downward you're doing well. Generally speaking, if you're not losing weight in a 10 period or so, you'd then look to increase activity or adjust calorie intake slightly.

@@grimu8844 what a pleasant surprise. Consistency does pay you ,I can proudly and happily say today that for the past 6 months I have achieved what I wanted and I am weighing 69.5 as of right now ,to shed the last fat in my lower belly took me exactly 6 months from the day I started. My double chin disappeared,my jawline is exactly what I wanted it to look like and my overall stamina and endurance have really improved,at 37 years of age today I can say that I am in the best shape and health of my entire life. To spice it up I have decided to compete in the marathon and iron man races that are going to be held starting this autumn season across my country,so I have completely dedicated myself in training for those races. Believe me consistence will surely reward you if you stay dedicated and have patience. If a 37 year old can see so much progress in a single year ,I bet it's possible for everyone, keep grinding ,keep pushing 💪 thank you and all the best !!!

I know I'm an outlier among women but I carried most weigh in my belly. I have an inverted triangle body type; meaning my hips are more narrow that my waist, shoulders are wider than my hips. So I was more than happy to have gained mostly in my hips, butt, and thighs doing Thinner, Leaner, Stronger One Year Challenge. After hearing your explanation it make sense why there are so few ab workouts. I will prob incorporate more in now that I am lean enough that they can be seen.

Estrogen dominance, for both men and women, inhibits fat loss. This can be mediated by bio-identical progesterone therapy, avoiding alcohol, and reducing cortisol

The answer that toning your X place gets the job done is the right answer, it's just that the question is wrong. The question presented is how to lose fat in X, where the correct question should be how to look better on place X. Often times for people the goal is to not look as bloated on area X so making that place look better often is the right way.
Of course in the best case scenario you will want to do both, lose fat and work on your muscle tone for better looking results.
