+TheLambIsGood A friend/former bandmate gave them to me, whose father handed them down to him; he used to be 'associated' with The Ramones (I'll leave it at that, haha). I paired it with the t-shirt I wore--signed by Jerry Only--to an M25 show back in 2002, the most fun I've ever had at a concert. Marky Ramone played drums so it seemed appropriate to throw 'em in there. The 'snare stick' is about twice as big as the 'timekeeping stick', lulz.
You won't think so, but you really are one of the best drummers in the world bar none. Most of the most famous dummers, like travis barker, or Joey jordison truly have nothing on you. Its a shame you're so underappreciated
Hi Travis! Seeing you and certain other drummers use 20'' Kicks for Metal makes me really want to switch... what really bothers me is, I always see the head being strucked off-center. Can you give me some input to that? Greetings from Germany!

I always thought you get the best sound from the center. Seeing you guys not adjusting the height to the center made me wonder. Sorry I should have been more clear from the start....
+CKDrums It's tough to see, but the beater is pretty much hitting dead center, maybe a half-inch above. The circumference of the flam slams might make it seem like it's hitting much higher. This is where the beaters feel comfortable and optimized for me and I doubt it compromises the tone.
