Your videos are so calming. Every other video I've seen talking about how everything works is either very withheld on _information_ (they'll talk about the hair removal process in depth but nothing else, giving vague answers like "I have sex just like anybody else" when that's not even what was specifically asked) or speak about it in a way that frankly makes the entire thing seem horrifying. But your videos are so free that they have even touched upon a sort of concern of mine when you mentioned in your 0-4 years video that the feeling of orgasm didn't go away when you had the vaginectomy but simply moved. I can't even begin to tell you how reassuring all of your videos are because of how in-depth you go so thank you very much. A phalloplasty is something I've wanted since I was, idk, like 8? When I started questioning not just my preferences in innocuous items and activities (I didn't like "girl" things and only liked "boy" clothes, sports, etc.) but also my body. Of course, I didn't know what a phalloplasty was then, I just always knew that my body was wrong. But frankly, most of the other channels make the entire process seem terrifying and I didn't want to have to give it up. Maybe I just need to move to the UK, perhaps that's the difference is the level of care.
I just want to say thank you, I'm a biology teacher that found your channel a few years ago trying to learn as much as I could to give my students the correct and real information about gender identity. I can't imagine how difficult must be for you to do a video so personal, but I'm sure you're helping so many people by sharing your experience. Wishing you the best of luck with your book and your channel.
Thanks for being so open about all of this, you're probably one of my favorite content creators because of how helpful your videos are in so many aspects. Just wanted to say thank you for the information you provide!! There are so few and far between reliable sources on topics like these. And as it is more nsfw topics it makes it even more difficult rather than say top surgery. Videos like these help relieve my anxiety as a younger (20years old, started transition at 15), trans man. I’m looking into phallo now and I find myself watching almost all of your videos! So again, thank you for what you share! It is so helpful and appreciated as there aren’t many resources for young and curious trans men like myself when preparing mentally for such invasive surgeries. Helps me keep my head up!

By staying informed, more of my energy can go to the emotional, mental, and physical support aspects. My dear friend that is such a lovely thing to hear and you put that so well. Yes, the more we feel well informed, the more energy we have spare for travelling through this surgery. This is such a wonderfully informative video. You have a way of explaining things really well and clearly. I think that anyone who is a trans male, non binary, and cis males who are seeking phalloplasty and the erectile device for either gender confirming surgery or corrective procedures would benefit from following your detailed medical phalloplasty journey, including your challenges and victories in the process. I've followed your transition and you have a very inspiring way of benefitting and enhancing clarity and hope in people in all communities. It is very heartfelt, touching, and brings a tear to my eye to hear you talk about the device and it's eventual fail. And the perspective you have on having fun with it for a certain time period than to not experience it at all. I'm glad that you get to experience it and I hope the device lasts a lot of years for you. I have a thought about waiting lists and instead of people putting their name on a waiting list when it fails and having to wait for years possibly, is it possible for people to put their name on a list some years prior to the device failing, and then they will be prepared to go in for replacement surgery when they need to? And of course still have the option of saying no to replacement surgery should they not want to go ahead. Also with your ko-fi shop, are there gift vouchers available for people to purchase for their loved ones to use in your online shop?
Thank you, thats incredibly kind. And yes, a system like that would make it so much easier, but sadly it isnt possible. Our services are swamped. Re Kofi. There isnt a gift voucher option, but if you are buying somthing as a gift, then you could just pass the information on to your loved one. I will have a look and see what is possible to do to give that option

Does the anchor point to the bone hurt? Did the Drs mention risks re: the anchor point? Do you have any pain? Ps I have pain, similar to sore muscle, when I use my stomoch muscles from the long cut into the muscle wall from stage 1. It feels weak so I stop what I’m doing.
Thanks for those questons, I will be answering these in next Tuesdays video. I dont have any pain now, except when I get a bit too over enthusiastic! My surgeon said that once the device has settled and embeded, it is quite strong and take a lot to break. But, it also takes a long time for us to trust the device I think!
heya! As someone on the list for phallo with the London team, I'm wondering: how firm does the implant get, specifically compared to a cis penis? I've heard complaints that it is not quite firm enough to use on a bum without the help of an external device, that with a single cylinder only half of the phallo will be firm, and that only the inside becomes firm and the outside remains squishy, making things generally difficult. My partner is a gay cis man, so i would primarily be using it on him, so these things worry me a lot, not to mention the fear of constantly comparing mine to his, which feels inevitable :( thanks so much for all the info you provide, it really is invaluable to me.
Bless your heart buddy l hear you on all those concerns. Half the reason l struggled to come out as gay was because l didnt know if I could handle seeing a cis mans body without feeling inadequate. It took me a long time to get comfortable in my body, enough now that I can love and appreciate my cis male partners body without feeling mine is lacking in comparison. It's a process but is absolutely achievable. And the device works perfectly as well for bottom as it does anything else. It is plenty firm enough, all the way through, it just takes some practice to get used to as l mention in the video. There is another implant video next tuesday, and then the following Saturday l am doing a phallo talk q&a and you are welcome to tune in to ask these questions. I know how important they are which is why l make myself available. Thank you for your kind appreciation. Also, l do have a video demonstration of the implant available on my Kofi page which l will link here for you. ko-fi.com/s/d21d7b1b68
@@FinnTheInfinncible thanks so much, it really means a lot to hear from someone who can truly understand how i feel. I had a look at the video and it has definitely eased my worries. :')
Hiya! The reservoir holds the saline solution, which when I press the button in my testicle, mobe the saline into the cylinder in my penis to give the erection. Clever stuff innit!
@@lizstubbs2969 the saline is moved from the cylinders and the reservoir by the pump and button. So, I pump to move the saline from the reservoir to the cylinder in my penis for an erection, then l press a button and the saline leaves the cylinder and goes back to the reservoir. The reservoir is small about the size of a ping pong ball and just goes in a space under my abdomen

Hi Finn and let me say, hallelujah. This information is basically the decision maker for gay trans man like. To know if I´ll be able to top or not was buggering me very much, you wanna be partner and share with the other one everything and this was really my concern. So thank you for talking openly like this, it must have been tough. In our country (I am Czech) they do not use the devise because u do not need it, the penise is made out of back muscle and at the very beginning sewn on to your thigh, till the nerves grows. Than comes the rehabilitations- elektrotherapy and, it´s alive and you apparently control it by the thigh it was once sewn to and only one doctor in whole country does this operation. Also he does not recommend to do the urethra lengthening. And only one guy goes to such detail on vlog for me to obtain this information and he has a girlfriend. So I was hesitant about all this.
My dear friend, your comment means the absolute world thank you. It really is not easy at all to talk as openly and intimately as I do, so your acknowledgment and appreciation are very much appreciated, Thank you! If I can ever be of any more help, please do contact me over on my website finlaygames.com/contact-me/
donations , merch, etc what is the money used for??? it does seem complicated your choice to trans.. are you sure you would recommend it to a young person.. when 80-90 percent of trans questioning youth just end up being gay.. young people need to be very careful.. with influencers on TH-cam.. I know lots of gay people who are so glad they didn't transition and have all the medical issues..
@koobe I don't agree with your comment and here's the reasons why. Identifying as Trans is an organic identity that people are entitled to embrace and feel proud of. For you to say that Finn's 'choice' to be trans is incorrect. Being trans in not a choice. Trans people are also entitled to rise above ill informed people such as yourself and understand that at the moment you just don't get it. To say that Finn or anyone would recommend being trans to a young person is incorrect also. It's not a recommendation in the least, but rather being a responsible adult/ally and choosing to take a compassionate road and providing information for those that need it. Being responsible in the way that information is provided and Finn is a very responsible person. The fact that you know lots of gay people who are glad they didn't transition, likely means they are cisgender and not transgender, and thats why they are glad. In my experience and taking the time to understand donations, investors, and merch it is always voluntary to people who appreciate Finn's work and resources he provides in helping to bridge a gap in the current lack of knowledge available to inform communities of improving the quality of life for trans people, and providing information for lowering gender dysphoria through valid medical transition. I also recently watched a mini film on youtube about a little girl who is trans and what life has been like for her and her mother th-cam.com/video/cuIkLNsRtas/w-d-xo.html
I'm not sure where you are getting your statistics but you are incorrect. There are some people who explore their gender and realise that they are not trans, and that's absolutely ok. Just as there are lots of people who explore their sexuality and realise they are not homosexual, and that's ok. But neither of these then mean that by default the other identities are invalid. People who are truly transgender, do not choose to be trans in the same way that people do not choose to be gay. Yes being trans and going through transition is a difficult journey, but the thing that makes being trans the most difficult, is the attitude of society towards trans people. With access to timely treatment, equal rights, and acceptance, being trans does not have to be as difficult as it currently is. This is why l do the work that l do. So that they people who need it, can access information, support and advice. I do this for free and I support this work though services, products and donations from kind people who see the value of the work l do and the content l create. And if you take the tine to watch my content, you will see that far from encouraging people, I work hard to give a very balanced view of all sides of being trans .nobody is influencing people to be transgender , we have always existed we now just refuse to hide and live in misery.
@@FinnTheInfinncible I am gay and I don't know if I "choose" or don't choose, all I know is it is my preference and has been for a long time and almost always is. I am leaving the born this way to Lady Gaga, there are a growing number of devasted youth who have made life altering decisions that permanently affect their body and fertility .. This is a problem . I don't care what another adult does to their body but youth I feel are not ready to make such momentous decisions.
@@kefeccefek8661 again, I do not know where you are getting your facts because there is simply not a growing population of youths changing their bodies. Access to hormones and surgery takes years and nothing permanent is changed until a person reaches adulthood. And, the people that are changing their bodies are people who are actually transgender and for who this treatment is life saving, because gender dysphoria has serious long term implications for a persons mental and physical health. Please take your time to properly research and not just regurgitate the misinformation which circulated concerning trans people.

Keen to hear if Dr’s ok leaving device in if it breaks. Let me know if you ask thanks in advance
that would be a health risk, so no
Not neccesarily if the device just stops working, but isnt causing any issues, then it might be safe to be left in situ. I will find out!
Very interesting
Thank you!
My partner is a gay cis man, so i would primarily be using it on him, so these things worry me a lot, not to mention the fear of constantly comparing mine to his, which feels inevitable :(
thanks so much for all the info you provide, it really is invaluable to me.

@@FinnTheInfinncible thanks so much, it really means a lot to hear from someone who can truly understand how i feel. I had a look at the video and it has definitely eased my worries. :')
@@LittleDoobyBoy I'm.so glad to hear that and seriously, feel free to message any time if I can help
What's the reservoir in your abdomen for?
Hiya! The reservoir holds the saline solution, which when I press the button in my testicle, mobe the saline into the cylinder in my penis to give the erection. Clever stuff innit!
@@FinnTheInfinncible aah ok that's interesting..... What's it made of and how did they fit it in I didn't know there was any space?
@@FinnTheInfinncible and also what happens after where does the saline go then? And yes very clever amazing technology
Finn! Do you have a PO Box? I’ve something I’d like to send you just b’cause!

@@Moosh207 please google detransition
