Ok top Zelda ships, let's do this Number 5: the Lanayru sand ship Number 4: the S.S. Linebeck Number 3: Tetra's ship Number 2: Beedle's Shop Ship Number 1: The King of Red Lions Wait a minute...
My favorite ship is Wolf Link with the few bones he can pick up with his mouth throughout Twilight Princess. Nothing like a good calcium-rich bone to make your life more complete.
Kind of surprised there wasn't a ship with Link and anyone of his many fairy companions on this list. Even the old cartoon leaned into the whole "Peter Pan & Tinker Bell" trope with the fairy, Sprite.
I'm surprised you didn't mention Link and Peatrice (the item check girl from Skyward Sword) since as far as I know it's the one and only time in the series you're able to make a choice whether or not you like someone. The side quest is really well paced with Peatrice starting off completely bored but gradually becoming more and more interested, ultimately confessing her love for you and if you accept she'll be super happy and always be super excited to see you when you visit her shop. Of course there is also Link and Zelda and Skyward Sword has one of the best version of them but I find myself going back and forth between them and usually do choose Link and Peatrice just for all the things that happen in game. She does seem to understand that you're on an adventure to save the world and says she'll do anything she can to help so they seem to understand each other.
I really like OOT time ZeLink where Link falls for Zelda-as-Sheik, but to be fair that was heavily influenced by the fanfic Shadow of the Hero by Bookwrm389, which is archived on AO3
@ Oh absolutely. It’s a 100 themes challenge, so it’s basically a collection of oneshots, although there are a few storylines that continue through a couple chapters. Highly recommend!
My favorite ships Link and Zelda (Skyward Sword, Wind waker, Spirit Tracks, And BotW and TotK) Link and Midna (Twilight princess) Link and Malon (Ocarina of Time)
I've always been somehow surprised that a lot of people sincerely ship Zelda and Link. For the most part it always felt very forced to me, with the expectations too just pushing me off. There's this big sense of normativity and Win The Princess feel that insinctively drives me away. The only exceptions being Skyward Sword where it feels natural and a big part of the story. Wind Waker where, Tetra feels like a rejection of being Zelda to begin with and they have a nice dynamic, and Spirit Tracks where it's just cute and there's a very strong dynamic there with the two actually going through the game together. OoT does have a good dynamic with them but it feels a closer bond as Sheik and more of bearing a terrible fate and misfortune together doomed by Destiny. (Also you can just ship anyone in OoT) For BoTW, I don't know, something for me in it feels forced in a way Skyward Sword doesn't. Mipha is fantastic. No matter your interpretation of her, it's *tragic*. If it's reciprocated you get a story of Link forgetting even love and unlocking his memories it long after she has passed away, remembering being loved; and if he didn't know he not only is getting his memories back but they're completely recontextualized with all that weight. It makes his memories, and Mipha herself, *matter*, personally to him, a lot. I don't get hateships. They're a big nope to me. idk.
Same here. Link and Zelda in Skyward Sword and Spirit Tracks are the games where Link and Zelda give romantic affections in their body language. Tetra x Link on top of their dynamic, if you know her connection to Spirit Tracks Zelda then it may add a layer between her and the hero of winds. Breath/Tears come close but Mipha and the distance they have in the beginning and end of both games kind of holds them back.
The game leaves it open with Mipha mostly because Link doesn't talk and the player puts their own feelings on him. Maybe she offered him the armor and he accepted, but they planned to make their love official after the calamity. Maybe she planned to offer it to Link but was killed before she had the chance. And maybe she made it, offered it, and Link couldn't because his heart belonged to another, and that's why she locked the armor away, because he'd rejected it. Any version is tragic and heartbreaking. Him accepting it or rejecting it are both sad. But if he didn't know then what a horrible shock when he realizes the armor fits him, and he only then learned of her feelings, long after she died.
Sidon and Beetle from Botw. They would be so cute hanging out on Beetle's windwaker boat on a lake. This was a random thought I had with a friend for a joke, but the more we thought of it, the more it made sense.
Ok hear me out l, I'm kinda picturing Tulin and Ryju to like each other: Not sure why, but realizing that them 2 are the youngest of the 4 sages kinda puts the idea in my head. Between tulin initially being treated like a hatchling till link's arrival; and Ryju feeling uncertain of herself as chief due to her age, i see the 2 have a bit in common.
Honestly if i would choose a couple, probably kafei and anju , really sweet relationship , how they stay together even until the last moments is really nice to see .
i like link and hina more because i like hine herself and less because i think is a good ship tbh. my weirdest ship is definitely cremia x fierce deity though. i watched a hack where cremia gives the hug at the end of her mission to the god and it was so cute i love it.
As we are nine months past the release of Tears of the Kingdom, have you considered making a video giving your extended thoughts, or maybe a review, of TOTK?
There are also some Zelink in Oracle in the Ages/Seasons, Zelda II: The Adventure of Link ending (as hinting the pair kiss behind the curtains), and the manga adaptation of The legend of Zelda the Four Swords.
Vaati wanted to... marry Zelda in Four Swords? How utterly bizzare. I know it was his first appearance, but his later ones don't line up with that at all. Four Swords Adventures doesn’t really address his motivation, I don’t think, but Minish Cap absolutely does. And it portrays him as a cruel, power-hungry figure with no regard for the lives of others. The final form, in which he was sealed, is said to have been consumed with a hunger for destruction, which could certainly track with FSA... not FS though. You'd think that a prequel like MC, largely focused on establishing a character's backstory, would actually align with the established character. ... anyway! More on topic. I actually really like the Link/Saria ship, though in my case it is supported by my personal headcanon that the Kokiri are in fact normal Hylians that happen to be under the Great Deku Tree's protective influence. I know that there is official lore that obviously contradicts that, but I like it. It makes enough sense to me, anyway, at least in the context of OoT alone. I've got a thing for childhood-friend romances, as well, which influences it. There's also this song I found while trawling Spotify for Saria's Song covers, Saria's Elegy by Jose Madrid. It's meant to be Link's perspective just after he went forward in time, and now he's looking for Saria; it isn’t necessarily romantic, but it makes me feel. I found it... it'd have to be 6 or 7 years ago at this point, now. ... hm. Writing about this reminds me, I had started writing a fanfiction that included them. It never got more than naybe two chapters written, and it certainly wasn’t published anywhere... I wonder if I still have a copy saved somewhere? Anyway. That's enough for this comment. I don’t want to ramble on forever.
I'm a Link x Mipha shipper! I (Link) missed her so much in Totk that I put a painting of her statue in his house 😭 (I was bullied by that 4/10) I also like Sidon x Link as a secondary ship behind Link x Mipha. When i tell you i was DEVASTATED when I found out Sidon was engaged!! First I lost Mipha AND THEN Sidon???! But Yona is really nice so i can't be mad 😂 It's so interesting how people project their own unique feelings & interpretations on the same characters after seeing the same interactions!!
I've heard a theory that after Vaati's defeat in the Minish Cap, he lost most of his memories, but he vaguely remembered that he needed a young woman for his ultimate goal (as in taking the Light Force from Zelda), but forgot the reason why, and that eventually resulted in him kidnapping beautiful women, including Zelda, all over Hyrule.
I’ll give my thoughts before watching to avoid any influence. But the first thing that came to mind was Link and Midna. It’s strange because I don’t want Link with anyone besides Zelda. However, Link and Midna just complement each other so well. I really loved the way Midna teases Link throughout the adventure and I’ve never felt that close to a companion before. Midna wanted to express her love for Link before smashing the mirror, but it wasn’t meant to be. That adds even more layers to it. Honourable mention to Groose and Zelda. Again, I want Zelda to be with Link, but given how much Groose cares for Zelda in this timeline, combined with how much effort he put into building that track and the Groosenator, I feel like he is the true hero of Groose land. He even caught Zelda in his arms during Ghirahim’s ritual. I also have a sneaking suspicion that Groose would make a great father. In the end, it’s pretty complicated because Zelda clearly has feelings for Link. (She nearly kissed him on the Goddess statue.) She also cares about Link more than Groose, and Groose even accepts his role as a secondary Hero. But to me Groose is a loveable underdog so I ship it.
my favorite ship is marin and link! they are just so cute in the game. malon and oot!link are top tier too! i wish we had gotten to see your opinion on some more ships! i wanted to see what you thought of both revalink and ravioli, the ships between botw!link x revali and albw!link x ravio, i've seen quite a bit of those on the internet lol
I totally agree with the Link and Zelda ships. My friend had a crush on tp Link in middle school and she hated Hena 🤣 I thought mipha’s love for link was really cute and wholesome but I didnt want them together
I'm pretty much certain OOT Link and Malon ended up together, TP all but confirms it. Besides, no true hero can turn down a cute redhead chick. WW Link X Zelda all day. Skyward Sword Link X Zelda. ALTTP Link X Zelda. TP Link X Midna.
It's not really that big of a ship, but I personally like a lot Link x Lana from Hyrule Warriors, and maybe I am biased from when I played the game long ago, but I think it's cute
I personally love all the Zelink in every game but personally I really love Twilight Princess Zelink I know not everyone likes it but I know lots of people of people do so I am glad to know I’m not alone, of course I respect other ships like Midlink or Malink there are great ships but for me every single Zelink ship from any Zelda game is my favorite.😊
No love for Impa/Zelda in Age of Calamity??? One of the worst parts for me in BotW was that Link's silent protagonist status means he just...stands there and does nothing while Rhoam verbally and emotionally abuses Zelda, and we hardly ever get to see anyone comfort her or uplift her or say anything to challenge Rhoam's assertions. So for me, it was so damn cathartic in AoC when Impa did everything I ever wanted to be done for poor Zelda, and to support her both physically and emotionally. Literally, catch me crying forever after "When Courage Fails", when Impa has her outburst about how amazing Zelda is. Zelink in BotW/AoC definitely vibes very much as a bodyguard romance to me (which, to be clear, I do like this ship as well, just not nearly as much as other ships in the game), and Impa has that going on with Zelda as well, but also with actual real emotional support and validation. Their dynamic in AoC makes it the best ship for this incarnation of Zelda, imo. I will admit that I also have a major soft spot for Zelda/Mipha, and kinda for similar reasons that you talked about for Midna/Zelda, but with a much more Soft Girlfriends vibe. BotW Zelda just has a lot of emotional wounds imo, and I think Mipha has the perfect kind of emotional sensitivity to help her heal. (I will also admit to being very biased, as Mipha is my absolute favorite character in BotW, and with Mipha being my AoC main and Zelda also making it into the top 3 characters that I used in that game....much of my playthrough of AoC had the two of them pretty much being my battle girlfriends XD) Another ship that I had when BotW first came out was Zelda/Paya; again, I think Zelda has a lot of healing to do, and I don't think her self-esteem issues would magically disappear, so I liked the thought of Zelda and Paya (who also has self-esteem issues, amongst other things) helping each other, and learning and growing together in this brand new world. I've yet to play TotK (and am avoiding spoilers about the game as much as possible), so I imagine this vision doesn't fully line up with the sequel's events, but I still like the ship. Speaking of BotW, and veering away from Zelda ships for a sec, I fully ascribe to the ship of Urbosa/Zelda's Mom; Urbosa is Zelda's lesbian mom, and you can pry that headcanon out of my cold dead hands. XP The full headcanon that I have is that Zelda's mom and Urbosa were in love, but she was put into an arranged marriage with Rhoam; while the two women couldn't be together romantically, they nonetheless remained very close throughout the rest of her life. I can't recall if Rhoam having some kind of prejudice against the Gerudo and/or Urbosa is canon or fanon atm, but if that is indeed the case, then this headcanon would also explain why he does. And dipping back to Zelda herself for a second, I've also seen ppl shipping Riju/Zelda; while I do like the idea of the ship on paper, I can't help but think that Riju is too young to be with Zelda (even if the hundred years she spent holding back the Calamity aren't counted), so I personally can't truly get on board with the ship, but I figured I'd mention it anyway. Kinda surprised Revali/Link didn't get a mention, as from I've seen it's at least the second most popular slash ship in BotW for Link. While I can see why ppl ship it, I just don't like Revali as a character, so I'm therefore also not into the ship either. And in a similar vein, I'm also surprised that ships like Ganondorf with Link and/or Zelda, or Ghirahim/Link didn't get mentions either, as the latter seems especially popular to me (speaking as someone who likes reading Zelda fanfic). The disrespect for Sidon/Link and Mipha/Link!!! XP if anyone's up for fanfic recs, I think the fanfic that best captures the essence of both of these ships is "time like a river" by twigcollins on AO3. I love the characterization of Link in general, Sidon and Mipha are both great obvs, and I also adore Zelda's characterization and dynamic with Link in this fic, as at least in my limited experience, it's a rather unique take on it, and the importance of Link's bond with Zelda isn't diminished just bc it's portrayed as being more on the platonic side in this fic. Overall, can't recommend it highly enough. As far as the actual canon interactions for these two ships goes....well, I've already admitted to my huge bias for Mipha. Plus, I'm a sucker for Mipha's brand of quiet devotion to Link, and ships dripping with tragedy in canon always seem to get me (see also: Sora/Namine in Kingdom Hearts, Cloud/Aerith in Final Fantasy VII, etc). And here, the tragedy truly comes in from every angle, so seeing them be happy together in some way, even just in fanworks (or perhaps in this new timeline that AoC created? 👀), is made all the sweeter. As for Sidon...look, I started this behemoth of a comment gushing about how much I love Impa giving Zelda all of the much needed emotional support and validation. Sidon does the exact same thing for Link, and is just all around an absolute ray of sunshine, and him being such a sweetheart completely blew me away when I first encountered him in BotW. So really, it should be no surprise that I fell head over heels in love with both the ship and with Sidon as a character. Sidlink immediately gained OTP status for me, and I've never looked back. 💖
This is an unusual one but Link and Revali is an interesting ship. It kind of reminds me of Kris and Berdly from Deltarune. Some cocky blue bird that needs to be shut up with a kiss, it's weirdly cute to me?
Are Gorons even capable of having sexual attraction? Their whole physiology has a lot of questions. They can have descendants, but TOTK did kind of confirm in a sidequest that they just sprout out of the earth. Does Yunobo being a descendant of Daruk mean that Daruk somehow mated or is lineage tracked through "birth spots"? The two old Gorons considered each other brothers because they spawned from the same spot at the same time. So maybe Yunobo is considered a descendant of Daruk because they spawned from the same location and maybe the components of the earth they spawn from determines their genes? Regardless, even if Gorons are asexual, it doesn't necessarily mean they're aromantic. So Darunia and Ruto could work if they really wanted to.
Happy Valentines Day Some of the ships I stand by because of universe or story as much as good chemistry. For LinkxZeldaYou summed up my thoughts on Skyward Sword and Spirit Tracks versions. The couple times we see some real romantic chemistry by both of them. Not just a good looking guy and girl interacting. Regarding other pairings that include Link. Link with Malon and Link with Tetra are fun to think about because while they might've been more platonic with him in their games. Its knowing that Time Link had a descendant who grows up a farmer like Malon on top of knowing her song. And Tetra having a descendant with someone she traveled with. Both in distant sequels being TP and ST, so it's to be speculated that both pairs grew closer in between games. The other pairs involving Link like Ruto, Midna, Marin and Mipha while mostly having good chemistry with him couldn't be with him because of the story. Each of those girls end up leaving Link for plot reasons. Then there is Saria, who's thought of only with young link, forgetting that he'll age and she won't. Regarding pairs excluding Link. I'm surprised you didn't bring up RalphxNayru, KomalixMedli, LuluxMikau, PayaxTauro. As for the ones I'm shocked are considered. ZeldaxImpa and who are princess and retainer with a big age difference in OG Hyrule Warriors and GroosexImpa.
Personally I don't like these Ganondorf ships, with like Zelda or Nabooru. It makes zero sense, since they both hate Ganondorf and fight against him. The only way for 'enemy to lovers' to work is if either the good one becomes bad or the bad one becomes good.. because being attracted to a bad boy is one thing but falling in love with a straight up evil person is another thing all together. 😂 It's like shipping Peach with Bowser or Tifa with Sephiroth, at least make it make sense. 😂
in my opinion the best ship is link and midna since they remind me a lot of Romeo and Juliet 2 different people who can't be together in my opinion link would make a great king for twilight kingdom
ZeLink honestly just never clicks for me. Between Link's silent protagonist status and Nintendo's habit of keeping Zelda out of reach before the ending, I always end up feeling a stronger connection to some other female character we're actually able to spend time with, and who has a minor enough role that there's room to headcanon the fine details of the dynamic she would have with Link. For example... Link x Malon: You mentioned the thought of the Hero of Time settling down on Lon Lon Ranch with Malon after his adventures, but even just within Ocarina of Time, between how friendly Malon is toward him, how Talon asks him if he'd like to marry Malon, and how the horse that grows up to be Link's companion is one Malon raised herself and considers to be her friend, I just have this sense of there already being a family where Link is loved and accepted. In my head, Link definitely got a warm meal and a good night's sleep on a soft bed between Temples. Link x Paya: Another situation where the vibe is that there's a family all ready to welcome Link in, although the family is a bit more spread out in this case. Something Link/Paya has that MaLink doesn't though: self-esteem issues! I feel like, the more Link remembers in BotW, the more he would blame himself for dying and consider himself a failure as a hero, and a lack of confidence is something Paya can definitely relate to, considering she assumes with no basis that Link would never love her back and instead must prefer a girl she's only ever heard stories about. If I were working on a Breath of the Wild manga, I would definitely include a scene where Link addresses Paya as "Lady Paya," she tries to protest the title, Link protests being called "Master Link" in turn, and the two reach an understanding with their self-worth issues and resolve to each try their best to live up to those titles instead of rejecting them. Link x Cia: Admittedly, this ship has nothing to do with what I said at the top of this comment, but it lives in my head rent-free so I'm going to talk about it. The narrator in Hyrule Warriors never actually says what qualities the Hero's Spirit possesses that drew Cia's attention, just that it's "a soul unlike any other." What I decided that referred to was the hero's ceaseless selflessness. This immortal overseer is fascinated by this being who, always, in every lifetime, puts the needs of everyone else around them first. This fascination grows over time in to admiration, and then in to affection, and that affection is what the Demon King exploits to corrupt her, and we know how the game goes from there. But then the 3DS version comes along, and says Cia's actually still alive, and Link and Zelda don't blame her for her actions under Ganon's influence. I don't imagine Cia would agree with that interpretation, and I can imagine many a dramatic scene of Link trying to pull her out of her guilt-fueled depression, Cia turning it around and swearing to Link that he deserves to have someone looking after him the same way he looks after everyone else, and a sincere love blooming from there.
On Malon, It doesn't just stop at their Ocarina of Time events. Links interactions with her doppelgängers Cremia and Romani who kind of smother link with kindness. Romani asking him to stay with them and the way Cremia hugged him would give Link a lot of feels. And Time Links descendant has a horse identical to Epona and is the only one that in that game who knows her song at the beginning of twilight princess. A song between Malon, her mother and Epona originally.
I do see some similarities between Midna and Link and BOTW! Link and Zelda's relationship so that might be part of the reason I like it. I mean it is Link with a tsundere princess who starts off not liking him but throughout their time together, the two grow to really care about each other to the point they're willing to risk everything for the other. As for the ship of Hylia and Demise, I'll respect your opinion but I ship her with her mortal chosen hero since I like the idea of a forbidden romance between a goddess and a mortal that gets a happy ending when they reincarnate into the Link and Zelda of SS
@@SuperZeldaGirl Thank you! Also, I do agree with Miphlink and Sidlink because I never really connected with them either and for years had no idea why? I knew I loved and shipped Wild!Zelink, but I still loved Mipha as a character so I decided to research it until I came upon one specific piece of dialogue from King Doreaphan who said for years until Link was 14 -16, Mipha had only seen him as a little brother since he was 4 and given the aging of the Zora it's implied she was already adolescent age and watched him grow up which makes this ship a bit creepy in hindsight. Besides that, it's highly likely given their interactions in the modern-day and the fact Link won't talk to her about his problems anymore but feels comfortable enough to do so with Zelda, does make it seem like Link only saw Mipha as a friend and sister.
OOT- as an aroace person I’ve always seen Nabooru as aroace because she seems so independent and bad ass and I really like that. But I also love this idea of her and Ganon trying to lead the world and make it a better place until she realises his sinister intentions and leaves lol. I actually like Link with Saria but I could see him with Malon too. A while ago I started shipping Ruto with Zelda lol. There’s something about the way that Ruto is insistent she will have a husband that could be like she is closeted. She’s very bratty and I feel like Zelda would be the one person who could put her in her place. Zelda also pretending to be a man is a bit queer coded in my opinion. My overall opinion of the Zelda series that I formed after skyward sword is that those are the original link and Zelda - goddess and warrior. I believe they chose to have their souls reincarnate to every dimension that will need to beat the reincarnation of evil. In each reincarnation they are a bit different, depending on what they need. So sometimes they need to be lovers and sometimes not. But I believe that overall the goddess Zelda and warrior link are together forever 😊
is it just me or there's just, a distinct lack of quality queer ships potential in the series? like all I'm coming with is Midna and Zelda which does work surprisingly (especially when you add the manga), and Sidon Link which was pretty fun to see.
Like this is a series where I swear every second other entry feels like it carried over the "scrapped dating sim minigame" leftovers from Ocarina of Time. And yet, what, Groose?? You want me to ship Link with Groose??? This is the world you've chosen. If the original concept was left in, would Sheik count then to be surprised by Zelda? I wonder if that was an idea at some point.
@@SuperZeldaGirl My headcanon is that Great Fairy made her human-sized and started living in Hyrule, that's why Link never found her, because he was searching for a fairy that didn't existed anymore, but eventually he gave up, and ends up hooking up with a girl he meet in some village, and she happens to be Navi xD
@@hotwasabi1085 She doesn't, which makes it bittersweet in the end, Link finding love while not knowing he finally found who he was trying to find for years.
Top 5 Zelda ships from me 1: Twilight Princess Zelink 2: Skyward Sword Zelink 3: Hyrule Warriors Zelink 4: Hylia x Link(Hylink) 5: A Link to the Past Zelink Oh wow they're all forms of Zelink how original 🤣🤣🤣 But seriously those are like no joke my top 5 favorite Zelda ships. I know that 5 versions of Link x Zelda is not really original but I still fricken love them. The first Zelda fanfic I read was a Twilight Princess Zelink fanfic and the concept of it was so unique and I don’t think I've seen anything like it when it comes to Zelink fanfics. Skyward Sword Zelink also got plenty of good ones and one of my favorites does something pretty unique as well

Botw/Totk Zelink. I love the devotion and how their relationship deepens and changes over time
Spirit Tracks Link and Zelda, no question. I adore that game, but its Zelda in particular is fantastic.

Ok top Zelda ships, let's do this
Number 5: the Lanayru sand ship
Number 4: the S.S. Linebeck
Number 3: Tetra's ship
Number 2: Beedle's Shop Ship
Number 1: The King of Red Lions

My favorite is Link & Marin, especially for the easter eggs when she's following you around
They are very cute
My favorite ship is Wolf Link with the few bones he can pick up with his mouth throughout Twilight Princess. Nothing like a good calcium-rich bone to make your life more complete.
So true 😂
LINK AND MIDNA MY FAVORITE SHIP FOR LIFEEEE
I see you have good taste 😁
Kind of surprised there wasn't a ship with Link and anyone of his many fairy companions on this list. Even the old cartoon leaned into the whole "Peter Pan & Tinker Bell" trope with the fairy, Sprite.

Skyward Sword Zelink is definitely the best ❤ They really teasted it in that one cutscene 😂
Mine as well. Along with BOTW/ToTK.
Why I used them in the thumbnail 🥰
Sorry, but my SS Link hooked up with Peatrice :V
I really like OOT time ZeLink where Link falls for Zelda-as-Sheik, but to be fair that was heavily influenced by the fanfic Shadow of the Hero by Bookwrm389, which is archived on AO3
You got me curious and I just found it but it looks like it's not complete... Is it worth reading anyways?
@ Oh absolutely. It’s a 100 themes challenge, so it’s basically a collection of oneshots, although there are a few storylines that continue through a couple chapters. Highly recommend!
The manga adaptation shipped Illia with Shad and honestly they work well together.
thats a cute ship honestly
My favorite ships
Link and Zelda (Skyward Sword, Wind waker, Spirit Tracks, And BotW and TotK)
Link and Midna (Twilight princess)
Link and Malon (Ocarina of Time)
Nice ones 👌
(Also you can just ship anyone in OoT)
For BoTW, I don't know, something for me in it feels forced in a way Skyward Sword doesn't.

I kinda see Link and Sidon like brothers to be honest 😊
I can’t believe you did my boy tingle dirty like that. That’s actually insane tingle deserves love too
Tell me some good tingle shops and I’ll consider them 😂
@@SuperZeldaGirl pinkle and tingle 🤣
@@SuperZeldaGirl I mean... Tingle is the only Zelda character to have a game dedicated entirely to dating, so that's gotta count for something, right?
Ok hear me out l, I'm kinda picturing Tulin and Ryju to like each other:
Not sure why, but realizing that them 2 are the youngest of the 4 sages kinda puts the idea in my head.
Between tulin initially being treated like a hatchling till link's arrival; and Ryju feeling uncertain of herself as chief due to her age, i see the 2 have a bit in common.

Interesting Video.
Oh my goodness some of these are some of my favorite ships 😍
I (Link) missed her so much in Totk that I put a painting of her statue in his house 😭 (I was bullied by that 4/10)
I also like Sidon x Link as a secondary ship behind Link x Mipha. When i tell you i was DEVASTATED when I found out Sidon was engaged!! First I lost Mipha AND THEN Sidon???! But Yona is really nice so i can't be mad 😂
It's so interesting how people project their own unique feelings & interpretations on the same characters after seeing the same interactions!!
Tingle x all 4 botw great fairy's 10/10

13:58 yeah same here. I don't think it would work.
14:46 Who's who though?

One I only was told after I’d make the video
(I will also admit to being very biased, as Mipha is my absolute favorite character in BotW, and with Mipha being my AoC main and Zelda also making it into the top 3 characters that I used in that game....much of my playthrough of AoC had the two of them pretty much being my battle girlfriends XD)
Another ship that I had when BotW first came out was Zelda/Paya; again, I think Zelda has a lot of healing to do, and I don't think her self-esteem issues would magically disappear, so I liked the thought of Zelda and Paya (who also has self-esteem issues, amongst other things) helping each other, and learning and growing together in this brand new world.
Link's relationship with Sidon is more likely brothers.
This is an unusual one but Link and Revali is an interesting ship. It kind of reminds me of Kris and Berdly from Deltarune. Some cocky blue bird that needs to be shut up with a kiss, it's weirdly cute to me?

Has to be the SS Linebeck for sure!

Some of the ships I stand by because of universe or story as much as good chemistry.
ZeldaxImpa and who are princess and retainer with a big age difference in OG Hyrule Warriors and GroosexImpa.
the ones not mentioned were because no one recommended me them when asked. ill keep those in mind for if i do another video on this at some point
Nah link and riju or link and ruto.

Skulltula* damn auto correct.

Zelink has always been my favorite ship! I hope the movie adaptation give them a good relationship setting.
If I do a part 2 I’ll need to include hylia and her hero as I’ve had a lot of people recommend them this time
@@SuperZeldaGirl Thank you!
