During episode 18, Jun Kitagawa is asked by Yuuichi Aizawa to liven up the mood during Shiori Misaka's birthday. So Kitagawa decided to set up a dance. But no one wanted to dance with Kitagawa so Yuuichi decided to be his partner.

So the long haired sister decides to not talk to her little sister at all. It's the little sisters birthday or something and the guys wanna break the ice.
