    I love that you don’t include your income in the budget, that way you know you have enough without it and can throw it all to your mortgage.
    I’m impressed by your grocery spending. That’s always a huge part of our budget 😅

      I know if I start including my income we will start spending it! Our grocery spending has definitely gone up the past year or so.

      I think not including both incomes skews the viewers point of view. It doesn't demonstrate the entire budgeting picture as your portraying to support a family of 5 one one income. Where is the other income going? Is it funding retirement or other investments. You have great ideas and come across as authentic, but this video kind of makes me pause.

      That's a good point. All of my income from my business goes towards paying off our mortgage early, it doesn't even come into our personal bank account. We don't use any of it to 'live' off of, so it doesn't affect our budget at all each month. In my monthly budgeting videos at the end of the month I show exactly how much I make and how much we put towards our mortgage.
