Hi, thanks for the recipe. What are the measurements for the noum on som? How much mung beans, sweet rice flour, coconut milk etc? Thanks.

me yu 6cup of glutinous rice , 3cup of Mung bean and 1cup coconut milk ,1/2cup of shredded coconut , 1/2tbsp of salt.
3or4 lb pork belly , 1/2tsp black pepper ,1tsp of salt ,1/2tsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

@@user-pd2ce9qy7m I'm Khmer and was born and raised there with this food everywhere for generation. As far as I know this is Khmer tradition food. Asian seems to have similar foods with their own twist, so to each their own I suppose.
