- With the disappearance of an U.S. senator, reporter Vic Sage dons his alter ego to take matters of Hub City into his own hands. Based on the works of Steve Ditko, Dennis O'Neil and Denys Cowan for DC Comics.
This is a not for profit fan film and in no way tries to claim rights to any trademarked or copyrighted character or name used in this production.
Question is probably my favorite hero. You guys portrayed him awesomely.

While the choreography is something to be desired, and the actor's mouth is visible through the mask on some shots, I'd say this was very well done, if a little unpolished. For a fan film it's stellar. Nice job.
I know the Question is a master martial artist but I would've made his fighting style more sloppy. He takes hits, he throws people into other people, while striking etc. I'm working on putting together a shortfilm with the Question but it's an all original character.
I think the question deserves his own movie and this really feels like what it should be.
This was pretty damn awesome, and you captured the Question pefrectly. My two suggestions are that you make the voices more immersed and improve the fight choreography. I give it 92%.
For a nonprofit project, this has some quite professional quality! You people have a lot of potential, and great taste in heroes!
Really like Vic's actor's style & voice. Too bad 7 years later, we've got no sequel.
The question is public Domain because he debuted in Charlton's Blue Beetle #1 and Charlton never filled their copyright making the question public Domain
I was so tempted to start writing a script for the question but you guys nailed it for it being 9 years old
The Question is Definitely my number one Favorite Mystery based Detective Superhero.
I really enjoyed this. It has that spice of 1960s noir , which is today a lost art. It clearly has substance .I believe this would work as a series in its own right and shall soon win it's own audience.

I just recently found The Question rewatching JLU. He sparked my interest very quickly and I had to learn more about him.
So I read some of the Dennis O'Neil comics, the Ditko comics too.
So it would be a dream of mine to contribute to the mythos of such a fantastic character.
Alright so as I'm reading Dennis O'Neil's comic run for The Question I find this hidden *gem* of a fan film and I just want to say you guys did an amazing job even tho I am here watching and commenting in 2024 this actually holds up pretty well and the characters are pretty spot on but I do want to ask if it were intentional or not to have Vic to act like how he did at the beginning of the O'Neil run where he is The Question just to get a few kicks in cause I'm not sure if that was or wasn't intentional also if it was intended to be Vic from the beginning of the O'Neil run you guys had a missed opportunity at 16:29 to have the girl in the red dress be Shiva and kick Vic's ass *but* I can understand why you wouldn't want to do that as it could make the Fan Film a little too long or tiring to film another missed opportunity however was at 11:36 after the man asks "Who are you" cause you could've had Vic say "well that's the question isn't it?" instead of being silent but overall I just want to say you guys did an amazing job at adapting the comics for such a short fan film and my favorite bit has got to be when Vic is talking to Aristotle I think you captured that almost perfectly especially if you were going for Vic Sage *before* he was beat up by shiva and trained by Richard
The actor who's playing Vic looks like Val Kilmer's son.
This is bloody amazing! He's my favorite dc hero and you did a great job at showing how cool a movie about him could be.

This is wonderful… you adapted aspects of his various histories and crafted something truly entertaining. Loved the deep noir feel… The Question is a character that I always felt works best in a hard boiled Chandler-esque environment. This was a good blend of the O’Neill stuff and the justice league unlimited Jeffrey Combs version, which I think is a lot of peoples introduction to this incredible character. Well done… hope to see much more.
Metachron imaging do another a sequel for this so we can see the question uncover a conspiracy and fix the problem

great vid guys! although the audio and cuts could have been better in some places, and the choreography needing a little polishing it was great. very intriging, and as a fan of the question i thought it was done really well
The lead is a bit too mid-1990's Val Kilmer for me but this is really excellent overall

I've always found it amusing how we got Gotham, Lucifer, and other shows based from comics and they are actually just cop crime shows in ''disguise'', The Question could easily be another one of these shows and I would watch it! This non-profit movie is awesome, makes me wonder with the current streaming environment that this has not been put into a high quality 10 episode single season ;p

I’ve seen him before in justice league unlimited and the Scooby doo brave and the bold crossover movie. Have you seen his relationship with huntress ?
This is a great film, a little constructive criticism on the cinematography though, adding just grays and darkening the scenes makes the movie look a bit ugly and is a bit of a turn off, maybe lighten the whites and yellows and darken the blacks, should make it pop a bit more. Loved it :)

This was mainly based on the Denny O'Neil run. Objectivism wasn't a focus in the run.
