In Karnataka govt couldn't handle KMF( Nandini milk) because govt told they will extra money to farmers but didn't gave that but increased price of milk so people stop purchasing Milk from Nandini and going for other brands.... Govt should always think about both customer and farmers..... Freebies are killing Karnataka.....

Expecting government to focus on cruelty free milk, but very sad to hear this as this is directly proportionate to increasing beef export, i am not even 99.99% but its 100% leads to more beef export.
Beef means it is not beef from cow beef it also includes buffalo an calf

Dairy being the largest agricultural commodity contributing 5% of our economy.
After approval of draft providing Financial assistance to set up village level milk procurement system, chilling factories and training and capacity building, all those steps will boost the milk production, strengthen our farmers and thus will enhance our economy.

It up allows the cow to redirect energy towards milk production without the demands of nursing a calf. Milk production may continue and even improve as the cow's body condition recovers.
Milk testing is very important because sometimes hurmful ingredients are used in milk that might be very dengerous for human beings

We should consume milk from home nurtured cows. We must abandon industrial milk as they are adultareted, increase stray cows and increase beef production. If milk is not available people should opt for vegan plant based milk.

I somehow feel this gov has gone crazy behind money and capitalism. All that is required but not at the price of innocent souls. There are one million reason and this is one of them to free our temples as their fund could be used to protect the stray animals, needy people. Temple money is NOT for gov use.

We should ban milk usage in packaged foods and focus of quality over quality.
Now there will be increasing stary cows regardless of many Gaushalas that are protecting them. And the beef sector will see another boost for sure. So this is the new India we want ? And above all these industrial milk that is mostly adultareted A1 quality milk which is not less than garbage that affects in digestive system. This might be great move for the milk industry but very bad for Indian society. The solution is freeing our temples as their fund will help all stray animals and needy people. Temple fund is not for gov use.

It's a good initiative by the central government but the challenges of better animal husbandry, adulteration of milk & price still remain unchecked. Govt must also bring some strict laws on these too.

Excellent decision...not only milk production but same will be helpful in dairy by products market qualitatively... overall this is going to be good for small and marginal farmers. Moreover other than Gujrat, rest of the cooperatives must work more efficiently, increase milk procurement and services to the sellers through extensive reach in remotest part of villages, blocks and small towns...

Option a) To get clean milk
cow milk is taken at rs upto 45 per liter , buffalo milk is taken up to 80rs per liter in best cases
problem is every commodity used to feed cow has increased so profit has been decreased
the nutuious feed 10 years ago was 500 rs per 50 kg now it has gone to 1800 rs per 40 kg
but milk prices were incresed from 22rs per liter to 45 only and buffalo 60 to 80 rs per liter only
conclusion :
Milk prices are a major concern for dairy farmers. The cost of milk production has increased significantly over the past ten years, while the price of milk has only increased slightly. This has led to a decrease in profit for dairy farmers.
and believe me its take too much hard work to rear an animal.

पहिले जो दुध उत्पादन हो रहा उसको भाव नही मिल रहा है मे महाराष्ट्र का किसान हु मुझे गाय के दुध का भाव 29 से 30 रु. मिल रहा है और महाराष्ट्र सरकार का 5रु. अनुदान अभीतक नही मिल रहा. जब की कम से कम 40 रु पर लि. मिल ना चाहिये. 😢😢😢

Increase milk -> increased exploitation of cows -> India becoming biggest beaf producer. Imagine getting impregnated artificially all your life and getting killed as soon as you stop producing milk.
