    In this video we put two major brands, Bylt Basics and Cuts Clothing, head to head to see who has the best white t-shirt! Who do you think the winner is?
    Bylt shirts are great for athleisure wear and are budget friendly. Cuts' shirts are extremely versatile and look great dressed up or down.
    What do you think?

    I've tried Cuts 3 times now and I'm never totally happy w/ the sizing - I usually wear a L, but I'm a dad with a dad bod. And yet I sit here contemplating ordering from them again... I have probably 15 BYLT tees (mostly LUX) and I like them a lot

      Not every brand or style will work for everyone. Cuts does have a weird sizing system. I say stay with what you know and like!

      Cuts sizing is closer to asian sizes than American. They run wayyyy small.

      Cuts sizing signature fit is atrocious. The collars are so dreadful. They have to fix this

      Not a fan of Cuts. Sizing sucks and too expensive. And worse of all it Pills. I hate that.

    I agree with others, with Cuts a normal large is really xl. I have spent 300 dollars trying all different styles and sizes with Cuts and the fit just doesn't work for me and the collars are always fit oddly. I am 5'11", 205 lbs athletic build. Bylt however, the L fits just right, space for my chest and arms and it drapes naturally without feeling restrictive. However, the classic fit in Cuts fits like a L in Bylt which is great. The Cuts rival tee is my favorite T shirt so far.. but also the only thing I fit in!

    I have both and like Cuts better. BLYT lux shirt works best when you have a very low body fat % with some decent muscle. Which I have most year but if im slipping some months then the Lux shirt starts to get a little too tight around the mid and chest. Cuts is comfy and looks good on me regardless. Probably sticking with Cuts but buying one every once in a while

    you can most definitely wear this with some jeans and chelsea boots. Fits best if you have an decent to athletic frame

      Exactly I wear it all the time. But this guy is built like a girl Scout so maybe he can’t pull it off

    I love Bylt and love their style. I think they have great quality clothing.

    Cuts pricing doesn't make sense. Made in China, mostly polyester and the stitching is really low quality. Maybe I inspected it way too hard but I felt scammed and had to return

      I have to agree with you. The shirts are nice but the price doesn’t match.

    Yeah, I don't see either of these shirts going with upscale attire; I do like both though.

      @@mmayojr You do get what you pay for with Bylt, stuff will hold up for years past other major brands

    I have both and I don’t know the difference sometimes so idk why you say one is better for the gym and the other is better going out

    You mention that you wouldn't wear the Bylt if you go out with jeans or whatever. The problem is that you haven't explained or illustrated how they look different. You didn't even show the side or the back just your front. You just stood there talking.

    Do you find that the cuts material is thick enough? I ordered a white tee a few years ago if you could basically see my entire chest and stomach. I have bought some dark colours since which I like but need a white long sleeve. Is this still true?

    • @ModestlyMinimal
      @ModestlyMinimal  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would say if you’re not a fan of the thinner material probably go with a Bylt Basic Lux Blend long sleeve. If you don’t mind spending a bit more go with Buck Mason.

    Bylt sizing is true to size. You need a large. That XL. Looks horrible.

    I love BYLT clothing but I'm just not a fan of their Drop Cut shirts. I don't like drop cut

    2nd shirt looks so bad. Its like your chest is small with no shoulders and wings at all and huge belly because of the way it hangs. Now you are sure a guy with decent physique but this shirt makes you look smaller on upper body with a large hanging bottom. It proves that its definitely not for guys with good physique. Thank you for creating this video. you saved me a lot of money.

    Bylt blend is SO much better. Lux is way too fancy

  • @dwightschrute6387
    @dwightschrute6387 ปีที่แล้ว

    I do not want the brand's name on my plain T therefore, BYLT is out until they stop using me as a billboard. Maybe if the letters were almost the same color as the shirt (more subtle). The cuts branding is perfect.

    • @ModestlyMinimal
      @ModestlyMinimal  ปีที่แล้ว

      I do agree with you there. However, the Cuts brand is starting to make logos bigger and more obnoxious on newer stuff. Mott & Bow (a different video) literally makes the perfect tee (either drop cut or box cut) with zero branding on the outside.
