Danny's videography is just stunning (because he is beyond gifted)! Lesley, as always, your storytelling is fantastic! This was a wonderful exploration. Thank you for sharing this with us!
Yes, this pair is truly amazing to have the ability to be so adventurous. I wonder, with the many beds in the rooms on the top floor, the obvious religious presence as well as Juan Torres having been of a medical nature whether this place might've been used as a hospital or sanitarium.
As always, great video. *Here in the USA, the dining room painting style is called "Still Life". *The beautiful carved drapery toppers on the windows are called "Cornices/Cornice boards" They are still used today, but less ornate, very streamlined.
Hello Bros of decay! We have been enjoying your videos for quite sometime. I love how respectful you are Leslie towards the memory s once shared by the people who lived .
Hello,Lesley! I find tonight's episode fascinating! 🙂The house has such beautiful pieces of furniture and antiques! I love the paintings ,both the portraits and the still lives; The garden like the whole view add to the beauty of the decaying mansion! Thank you for sharing ! Good night and sweet dreams!🌠❤
I think you mean Juan Torres, also pretty sure the washing station was just that. Probably put near a window for better light when cleaning your face, and in the middle of the stairs so it was accessible to everyone who slept upstairs. You can find that kind of stuff in older spanish houses as a furniture item that holds a basin on top and a little pitcher with water on the bottom. If it was fancy, sometimes it even had a mirror. 32:20 - 32:55
Thank you! For some reason I thought it was a cigar ashtray to enjoy as one enjoyed the view 🪟😂 They had patients living there so what you stated that it is makes perfect since.
Y’all worked so well together! Smooth even camera work, and Leslie narrates so very well you’re both very considerate and respectful of the properties❤
What a beautiful property! The gardens must have been mind blowing in their former glory! Thank you both for the wonderful explorations and the respect you both have!
What a beautiful place, I can't wait to see it 🤩. Love the room. I remember seeing this location when Lesley filmed it with his brother Jordy. Sad to see someone took master bed.
Thank you guys for another beautiful video. I so wish we could have seen this amazing place in it's most beautiful times. I can't wait till the next adventure.
Love seeing the variety of places you guys film! Also enjoy hearing the history. Leslie and Danny what a great job you do together. I will continue watching.
The palm trees that you asked about are Canary Island Date Palms. They're from the Canary Islands, but they grow anywhere that doesn't get too cold, even in parts of England. They can survive cold and snow but they don't grow in the tropics. The broken window is leaded glass.
Court documents appear calling for Mr. González to be tried. Pension and insurance documents also appear. The shell object on one of the beds used to be filled with holy water to cross oneself. Good video guys!
Hello!from India!I love the way you respect what remains of the house and you give out very interesting pieces of information here and there!so tragical to see a house that has been loved and maintained in the past going to decay.
Beautiful landscaping/ garden ❤ Had some interesting furniture and paintings as well. Interesting story about family and house, I always love the back stories of these places and people. Old homes and stuff is interesting and beautiful to me. I have to say that I expected more from the house inside. To me most of the home was very bland and boring like the all white walls, it had in my opinion not enough fancy furniture upstairs or a beautiful kitchen etc just no color and lacks in beautiful ceilings or woodwork or tile etc just my opinion considering this was a wealthy family. I still enjoyed the video and I love your channel and personality ❤😊 plus Danny is a good addition to the channel in his video filming expertise 🎉 I will say Danny can be argumentative at times in his correcting every little opinion you may have about something lol. It annoys me but I still love you both ❤😊 Keep up the amazing videos and adventures I truly appreciate you both and sharing your adventures with us all it's fascinating 🎉. Thanks so much ❤🎉😊 Shout from USA Georgia 🎉 💜 🤗 🇺🇸👍💯⭐
Hi Lesley & Danny, 😉 Wow, thanks for the Link to watch what this Mansion looked like 3 Yrs Back, In Spain!! I Watched the Older Version of the Abandoned Mansion from 3 Yrs back, First...then This Version!! The Girl from 3 Yrs back, Read Paperwork in Spanish to Say the son was on Heroin & Beat His Wife..He was a Criminal! 19th Century Mansion!! So Many Things Inside Were in Perfect Shape, Before Vandalism... Ruined It & Stole the Gold Metal Bed Frame!! Vandalism Broke the Stained Glass Window, threw clothes Out of Closet onto the floor & papers all over! One of the Chandeliers is Stolen, & 4 others Broke!! 3 Yrs back Vase @30:24 was Perfect, now Broken!! The White Benches @21:26 are in a different place from 3 yrs back!! So Many Bicycles!! The Upholstery Chairs 9 of them, a Bench & Top of Coffee Table...Beautiful!! The Hidden Cabinet @30:38 ..3 Yrs Back was Full of Glasses, Now Mostly Gone!! 14 Beds & 1 Crib!! @ 36:34 Yes the Praying Chair is Gone!! How Horrible the dead cat was not in the plastic bag before 3 yrs. back...Vandalism did it!! When going on the Balcony You can see How Very Tall the Palm Tree has gotten, in 3 Yrs!! Thanks So Much Lesley for coming back & redoing the Video Update in 3 Yrs & Danny for Filming Everything!! Take Care & Safe Travels to Your Next Journey!! ❤( I would buy things IF you get Visa charge card, Not Paypal!! ) Have a Wonderful Evening, Both of You!! ❤ Love Barb from Central Illinois USA❣
Hello Lesley I really loved this video of this sweet house. The gardens were beautiful despite being overgrown . Danny's camera work was spectacular as he does such a beautiful job as always. Thank so much for sharing this beautiful property.
Lesley and Danny amazing! So happy to see you two back together exploring again. You are both so talented and so very sweet and interesting! I remember this one from awhile back…minus the cat. What in the world?! 😰 Sending much love, hugs, and good vibes from NC USA!!! ❤️🤗🇺🇸
Hey Lesley, wonderful manor explore in Spain. I very much enjoyed watching, and I admired again the excellent camerawork of Danny, and of course his choice of beautiful background music is always so well done! - Very intriguing and interesting background history of this location. Wishing you all the best, peace and kindest regards.
So disrespectful how someone has trashed the place. This house and garden are magnificent.. I wish someone would show it some ❤️.. 😢 I feel so sad for the parents who put so much love into this property 😢
What a magical garden this is, I love how the trees are still standing after all these years, and nature is left in peace, I just hope that no developers buy this property, I can’t stand the thought that they would cut down tress and destroy everything in their way to build monstrosities in the form of high rise apartments etc. Thank you guys, for your unrelenting efforts to bring these beautiful places to our attention. Love you ❤❤
It is so bare on the walls upstairs because it has been painted in the past, probably to try to sell the estate, so they removed everything from the walls. That white paint is too fresh for the age of the house. And the dead cat was for the next person to find. Probably by the same people who threw rocks at the window. Such a shame people can be so cruel.
Wow this 4 story home has a lot of details i'm in love with. Love the hole outside .ohh the palm tree wow sure is taller then any other tree i have ever seen . You guys nailed this and any other videos you have shown. :)Love you Leslie take care much respect to Danny oooo soo good. Barbie & Sam FL.
As usual, a pleasure to watch and to listen to. You guys are the best, so much respect for the locations you visit, and the storytelling also. Both video and sounds are 👌 Lots of love & respect to you both ! 👍
I ordered 3 T-shirts because I love Your videos so much and looking at all these mansions and homes, but the castles are my very very favorite. I'm in Florida and I've only been to England in through castles there but these are amazing keep up the good work I wish you two would get a show on the history channel or something. It would be a great success.
Very interesting house and lovely tour, thank you both. The stained glass window in the bathroom, the fixings holding the different pieces of glass in, would be lead not rubber. So sad to see such wanton vandalismn. Paintings of fruits or dead animals we call 'Still Life' here in the UK.
Hi Lesley, and Danny. How do you find these places. This place is fantastic, and so well preserved. I bet it wouldn't take too much to get the gardens back into shape. A good arborist, and a crew to rake, and clean up all the debris, would give it a good start. I hear you on the reuse of abandoned properties. If they are vacant for more than a year, they should be seized by the city/county, district, and revamped for use. There are so many people screaming for decent lodgings these days. I wouldn't care if it was in the middle of nowhere. People are so crammed together in the city, this would be ideal. If is is dark enough, you could even build a small observatory to view the stars at night.
Hello Bro's My name is Linda I am from Pa. in the USA .. I saw a video named 99 year-old Lady's Astonishing Abandoned Mansion Left Behind.. I noticed on a picture u showed a little person I am a little person and I don't know if you can or not get me some more information on the family... I am very interested in knowing more I will probably never get to Portugal and I have know idea where it is anyway.. I have tried to trace my roots but didn't get very far..I would love to hear from you..Thank you and keep up the good work you do... Hug's and kisses ❤
Why do young people feel like they can go around throwing rocks and breaking windows out of empty homes, and I wouldn't be surprised to find out they put that cat in there to shame shame!
I just watched the previous video Leslie made with his brother, and then the stained glass window was pristine. So sad. Also, the headboard and baseboard were simply gorgeous in the master bedroom.
You are in my region, Galicia. 😊watching from Germany,😢 I would like to be there. The city is Santiago de Compostela where I went to Uni. Fun years…gone😢
Danny's videography is just stunning (because he is beyond gifted)! Lesley, as always, your storytelling is fantastic! This was a wonderful exploration. Thank you for sharing this with us!
Yes he did a wonderful job so beautiful
Wow. Just wow.

So sad that people damage property just for the fun of
destroying things. I appreciate how respectful you are when going through these homes.
As always, great video.
*Here in the USA, the dining room painting style is called "Still Life".
*The beautiful carved drapery toppers on the windows are called "Cornices/Cornice boards" They are still used today, but less ornate, very streamlined.
Love the sound of natural running water, very soothing..
Hello Bros of decay! We have been enjoying your videos for quite sometime. I love how respectful you are Leslie towards the memory s once shared by the people who lived .
Oh yes!
I could just sit in that garden and just relax... so soothing with the wind blowing through the trees and with the birds chirping.
Yeah, I could live here.👌
Hello,Lesley! I find tonight's episode fascinating! 🙂The house has such beautiful pieces of furniture and antiques! I love the paintings ,both the portraits and the still lives;

Nlm
I thought perhaps since they were so very religious, that it may have held holy water.
What a mansion! It’s heartbreaking to see these beautiful homes abandoned! Awesome video as always! ❤️👍😘🤘
Your videography was absolutely amazing gentlemen ❤️❤️
I don't understand WHY the city does not preserve the irreplaceable items🤔
You guys are always so full of respect voor the places you visit and the previous owners. I really appreciate that.
Y’all worked so well together! Smooth even camera work, and Leslie narrates so very well you’re both very considerate and respectful of the properties❤
Thank you guys from USA
In America we call painting of fruits and vases "STILL LIFE." The woven chair in the room downstairs with two chandeliers, wicker chairs or caned.
BRAVO DANNY !! ME ENCANTA CUANDO HABLAS EL ESPAÑOL , ABRASOS DESDE CHILE .....SEÑOR DE LOS ANILLOS ❤🇨🇱🖐
I’m really sick all those pieces of antique furniture will do nothing more than rot. So many people would love to have them and show off their beauty.
Over there furniture like that is a dime a dozen and why they leave it behind most of the time. I would love to have it in my home too.
“Cursivity” love it.

Wow, Thankyou for sharing, what a n amazing garden it must of been.?
Another possibility it that his servants could have had quarters in the top floor
10:40ish. little waterfall is probably a spring and no doubt provided a lot of drinkable water for decades.
Stunning and you both amazing Mr.Danny …. Leslie! Rules! Love you ….kiss ))))
Good translation Dany😊
You both are wonderful. I became addict for your videos.

Just an absolutely beautiful home
This mansion is just such a big waste😢I hope the owner will rebuild or restore this once again😢
Woooow so beautiful i love the place the garden
I just watched the first time you explored this home. So many things missing in this episode. Sad.
Broken window theory and bros of decay in the same day. I'm thrilled.
Hello from USA NJ . I love your videos I'm a fan of your channel on TH-cam been subcribed for years ❤
Very good video, I hope one day in Brazil I can find places like this

Great video!!
Those trees would have been heavily pruned and shaped when they were smaller.. you can tell by the branching..which has now gone naturally wild.
GREAT VIDEO AS ALWAYS I REALLY ENJOY WATCHING THEM
