Awesome! We’re at Hops and Pie all the time! I love Pizzeria Lui! 🍕 different style of pizza for sure, but it’s up there on Neapolitan style pizza in the Denver area for sure.
Man I’ve gotta get to redeemer asap. There’s a newer Neopolitan on east side of Colfax called Benzina. I had it back to back with Marcos and honestly preferred it. Maybe check it out.
Normally you mention a few overrated places. I would be interested in hearing your take on Beau Jo. Maybe it is just a old tourist spot? I mean either way it is on my try list but curious since no one talks about it anymore.
It’s a great question! I’m personally not a Beau Jo’s fan. If you happen to be in Idaho Springs, that would be the only location I might go to just to check it off your list so you can say you’ve been, but it’s not very good, super bready and not what you hope for 😀 the Lone Tree takeout location is borderline awful, so I’d def skip that one n

I like it! I think it’s a little expensive, but solid option in the burbs!

Back in the day it was always Godfather's then it was a jalapeno green olive Canadian bacon and sausage pizza from Black Jack pizza
😀 those were some good days hitting Godfather’s after a basketball game at the Boys and Girls Club. I’ll still pick up Black Jack every now and then!
