I began watching your videos before you met Mr. Bill, and I have always loved the foundation of scripture in every video you post. I'm sorry to hear of your rocky road with Xfinity, and I am sad to say it's like that every time with them. As for buying a second home, you are following the right path. I feel much better when I have a private place when visiting family and friends. And you make a good point that if Jesus calls Bill first you will not have to search for a new home if you buy now. I love how you are showcasing your painting. God blessed you with great talent.
The thing is that people love having you over--you’re not a burden; think of vice versa as far as if someone does not prefer to stay with you when they are in the area. However, it seems like if you are planning ahead in case Mr.Bill…. May you find what you are looking for and do what benefits you and Mr. Bill the most.

I was selling my paintings in so many different stores when i lived in Northern Va., Wine stores, Furniture stores, Restaurants , Even in Hospital Gift shops, The hospital even had a drawings ,sold tickets. that was funny! Good way to meet people. Spread his Love! I'm thankful so for my gift. You have wonderful "multiple gifts. We all benefit from..for sure. .xxx Oh my cast is off, my fingers are working better,everyday. I hope to get back to painting in a week or so.. and I curled my hair for the first time. yay! Changing phones or anything is a hassle for sure.. Getting a townhouse sounds like a good idea to me. I'm like you, I am a planner. I so understand about going back home, if you are ever alone. Your herbs look so pretty!! Blessings!
Caution!!! I have owned 2 homes in different states. DO NOT DO IT! You need a caretaker, or estate agents if you rent it out, it’s a constant hassle, with repairs that come up while you’re living in your primary home - you are far better off using a hotel or an Air B&B. Trust me they are a money pit!!❤

We had a vacation home for 20 years and now are 77 and 82 and just sold it a year ago. It was one hour from our home, but became work. Getting it ready for winter and in summer mowing the lawn and of course paying taxes. Always had to worry about flooding as near a river. Insurance went way up over the years. Anyway at this age we are so glad we don’t have to worry about it or power going out in the winter. I say get a nice motel and enjoy the freedom. Good luck on what ever decision you make.

I have multiple homes and when I was younger it was fun but I'm nearly 70 now and I think it's a pain in the ass. The extra tax, insurance, yardwork and maintenance is expensive. You have to winterize the second home and worry that no one breaks in & you'll need furniture. On the upside, we have about 30 properties some are rentals and some are for our use but over the last years they have all tripled in value so there you have it. I think I'd just rent an Air B&B or nice hotel room when I traveled there. Let someone else do the maintenance!
Sandra I had the same problem you're describing until I switched to ATT. Xfinity was fine when I first got it but then it went awful. Turned out after switching servers which cost me a lot Finally,a representative told me I needed to go to ATT because of the towers. So I came home and check on line the map that shows my area and that was the problem. Once I got out from the Verizon and Xfinity towers my phone works perfectly.

My 30-year-old daughter has that great creative talent, musical talent as well. But me…geez! I’m working on a young adult novel, I love to journal, etc…
It can be a hassle to own two homes. What if your home in Indiana is broken into? I would prefer staying in a motel while visiting because it's simpler and with fewer headaches.

you are so right alot of people our age do not know how to deal with phones, computers or it can become frustrating and a nightmare even for us that know our way around. I just got the new iPhone 16 literally took me five minutes to set it up but now they have the new digital credit cards, which might be a nightmare to deal with if it’s not one thing it’s another❤ patience is a virtue saith the Lord😄 I don’t think I would buy something else at our age. We’re trying to keep it simple aren’t we? I would just go and stay at a hotel if you don’t want to intrude on your family. I would talk to a family lawyer before I did anything and they can guide you.
I have Verizon. They aren’t the cheapest, but great service and you can walk into a store and get it all done. And they always offer a free iPhone every couple of years. Cable TV companies are now trying to get into cell phone business. They keep trying to make you switch. Haven’t a second place sounds ideal but there are carrying costs and maintenance. Think about it. Maybe stay at an Airbnb when you go visit Indiana
