Hello fellow car and truck enthusiasts. I would love to hear your thoughts and comments on some of these classic vehicles including asking prices . I enjoy reading comments. Thank you for visiting my channel. Gas Pump Rob
Well Mr Robbie you know I don't normally have too much to say 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🛻🛻🛻🤣🤣🤣🤣 My whole family stopped as I spoke this into text! I heard what what! I heard that's a bunch of bull! And something about always having to press to read more to read my comment. WHAT ARE THEY TRYING TO SAY??? 🤷🤷♀️🤷♂️
Ok well thanks because it seems that people give my video a thumbs up but not many comments. I myself have many questions about several of these old vehicles. I should ask questions about it myself I guess 😂😂😂😂
Let me ask this question. How rigid would a Chevrolet Nova be with the roof cut off??? I have many questions and thoughts about several of these vehicles. That is just one example. Maybe an engineer or car builder will comment about this question I have?
Oh my goodness!! So great classic vehicles, Volkswagen buss, Chevy C10s, Bel airs. Car shows are like going to Disneyland for me, probably even better. Not very many near me here in New Mexico, but I try to go to them when I can. But one thing is for sure, there is nothing like seeing a classic running, breathing, and going down the road.
I can feel your enthusiasm within your comment!!! Let’s meet at Disneyland and afterwards eat good American food while touring another Pomona classic car event in the future haha 😂
Now that was an awesome show Rob. I keep remembering how many of those cars and trucks were bought for $50 to $200 when I was a kid and wish I'd have saved what I threw away and threw away what I've saved !! No, I wouldn't buy any of those at those prices simply because I've still got a few 'rat-holed' for the future. LOL
@@gaspumprob heck when I left in early ‘71 to go play with Uncle Sam I sold my ‘57 Chevy 283 three on the tree for $15.00 !! Had a few dents but what the heck .
It's 27° right now and then when you throw the wind chill in it it's down in the teens. Also love in the car show fantastic! The VW air tools are always a favorite. That rare Volkswagen the guy had, the yard down in Arkansas had 3 of them. Of course he's retiring by the end of this year so who knows what he has left. He shipped the parts worldwide they were that good 👍
Wow three Volkswagen notchbacks? 🤪🤪🤪 Out here in California you can see how popular vintage Volkswagen vehicles are!!! I have a love hate relationship with them because I spent seven years of my life rebuilding air cooled VW engines when I was hired to work on Honda cars. I can rebuild those engines in my sleep 😴
I am glad I grew up i the era when these cars were new . Used you could pick up almost any one of them in great running condition for under $ 1500 , drive it 6 months, sell it to a buddy and get another easily. We used to just trade cars , fix em in our driveway and have fun. Now it's all about the Benjamins like everything else . I have had over 40 cars in my lifetime , all runners .
Okay my wife said you needed some more of that red mustang convertible! It might have been 65 I believe it to be a 66. It was around halfway through is next to that international that you showed. Now she has one. But it's not red yet. I saw a lot of decent prices and I was glad to see that 62000 price on that 56 to a hardtop. I've got one all original two owner. Even maintains its original rust. And I take 25 k for it. I've turned that down a few times. The C10 trucks fantastic. I can just go on this is one fantastic car show. But I don't think it's worth paying $5 a gallon of gasoline 😤😤😤
I remember that red Mustang! The International Scout captured all my attention so please tell your wife I’m sorry for not covering that Mustang . I thought you might like seeing that high price tag!!! You have some treasures in your collection.
@@gaspumprob oh I think she'll live just fine without seeing that red mustang any more than what you showed. And which high price tag are you talking about? There was a number of them. If they actually get somewhere in the neighborhood of that..... Well it would be good news for me
Man I can just keep going and going. But I love the 63s and the 62s and if that 60 station where I can bring anything near 25k I might just have to go out to California and bring a couple to sale
Awesome thanks for watching and commenting!! Please keep going on and on because I myself have comments about several of these vehicles. It was a fantastic experience being there to shoot this video! Watching this I hear many cool camshaft idle sounds in the background ! 😂😂😂
@@gaspumprob you got excited about a couple of those foreign jobbers! He could have showed some of the excitement a little more for some American sheet metal. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@gaspumprob the game I think it's a Pontiac or buick. People would actually take these and use the parts off of them for their 1957 Chevy nomads. You know the doors 🚪🚪 are the same. They will have a hardtop type of door with a chrome piece on the glass maybe it's stainless. But they will not be a rim or a frame for the glass to roll up into. The ridges on the roof is pure nomad. And look at the windows and compared to a standard two-door or four-door wagon. It's got that slant look to it along with that pillar. That trim on the back of tailgates where the bloody fortune. That car is literally worth more as a parts car for a 57 Chevy nomad then a as his whole car but they're getting popular.
Yes many car club groups and classic car owners have been uniting against zero emissions zones and laws restricting classic car use which seem pretty ridiculous in my opinion.

What is the true value of a 67 Camaro SS with no drive train?
Did anyone notice the gas cap missing on the Volkswagen notchback S?? Definitely not California emissions friendly haha
I see a few treasures!!!! 👍👍
Yes I agree ! Thanks for taking a virtual tour with me today.

Sweet red Lincoln! Sweet 59 Chevy with original steering wheel! They have one of the coolest instrument panels.
That red Lincoln really caught my attention. It just not something you see often. Thanks for watching and commenting Randy.
Yes it’s nice to see an original steering wheel still in tact. Many original steering wheels sadly get removed and have aftermarket replacements.
Looks like beautiful weather!
It was! Tee shirt weather in the 70s
I wish I was there ❤ that looked so much fun, beautiful weather, Awesome cars!
Thanks the weather was perfect for an event like this which helped bring out more people and vehicles!
Thanks for the coverage. 🇦🇺🇦🇺👍👍
Hello Robert, I appreciate you watching my videos. Thanks for your interest.
So viele schöne Autos. @7:04 Ohh, das hätte ich gleich mitgenommen!

Glad you enjoyed this video
Absolutely, we have almost no American cars. Especially not classics like this

Thanks for another , Brother !

At 11 minutes and 52 seconds if that wagon was a Chevy then it would be a NOMAD
Ok I will have to go back and check that out.

I hope these people are uniting against Newsom over his car law proposals.
