Wonderful. A manual F355. I've owned mine for 14 years. A keeper and one of the greatest.
The F355 is my favourite "everyday" Ferrari, such a beautiful thing, and it sounds superb.
A really great interview with Tom Kerridge a man very successful in his career, giving us an insight into the catering industry. Oh yeah, as an afterthought the Ferrari 355 was pretty good too. Thanks Jodie.
The 355 is by far the best sounding N/A V8 Ferrari, it's got that wonderful breathy whine. So much nicer than the 458's harsher sound
The 355 is but a mere whimpering V8 in comparison to the mighty 360 CS
First Ferrari I saw up close and personal was a 355 Spyder, also red with cream interior. Great interview with Tom giving an insight into the hospitality industry, especially restaurants and working in kitchens as it's very hard work. Another great video as always Jodie, look forward to the next episode of KIASS.
P.S. Would love to see you do an episode with Jamiroquai frontman Jay Kay as he's an avid petrolhead.

Great episode Jodie and Tom, being 39 I can relate to pretty much every car Tom listed from the past..! The F355 is also one of my dream cars along with a 360 Challenge Stradale... I drove a 458 Speciale in Maranello on those 30mins/1hr drive experiences and the Italian guy who came with me encouraged me to give it some beans, it was a special car, a perfect road car I'd say for sensible power! 👌🏻

An old friend of mine used to own a couple of garages around Croydon. He had a 355 and it was an utter shed. You would open his garage at home, move the boxes, and kitchen worktops off the top of the 355, start up and go. With trim panels rattling and vibrating. It was great. Fun fact, the clutch from a 2.5L transit (I think it was) fits the 355 and saves a huge amount of money :)

Very interesting insight into the pub/restaraunt business these days, very informative and interesting conversation. Having been born/raised in New Orleans I have always appreciated the plethora of great cuisine and atmosphere my home town offered - now living in the cullinary wastelands of central Alabama - I always thought I would love to have a restaurant... until I had a business in the 80s that put me in the midst of many of the finest establishments in New Orleans and I saw what Mr. Kerridge talked about, the non-stop, dusk until past midnight push. One of my customers once said his two happiest days were the day he opened his restaurant and the day he sold it.

Another awesome episode Jodie, Tom seems a really cool and genuine guy. My wife went to one of his restaurants when she visited the UK last year, and I admit to often making his chili avocado toast and his smoked haddock omelet which she loves. Great car by the way.

I love the Ferrari 355 and 348, got to be in Ferrari red. Tom is probably my favourite chef, I love his down to earth approach to food regardless of his two Michelin stars. His steak and chips are out of this world. As a former partner and Director in a Restaurant I can confirm that the more business you do, the less you can possibly earn.

Jodi is so good at this, The ferrari is wonderful, but I enjoyed every minute of the conversation she interviewed Tom as well as anyone I have ever seen.
Marlow is my home town although I don’t live there now. Tom has done very well with his 3 restaurants/pubs. I have eaten at the Hand and Flowers and use to go there when it was just a pop b.

Another great video and as I live up the road recognising the whole route was fun…often see Tom walking around the town..lovely guy! His other place ‘The Coach’ is very cool, if you get a bar seat on the right it like being at the chefs table!

had to laugh when Tom was saying about the pub where one could buy a steak and then have it cooked for you. A place I used to go to near Scarborough was doing that in the mid 1990's

Great car. I owned one with a Challenge exhaust, sounded and drove amazing. Changed it for a 360 but it lacked the drama

I’m 6’1”. Paid to drive the Hurracan and Ferrari race cars in Las Vegas! 150!. $1100 . Helmet banging around in the “halo” throughout! Worth it! Thought of that when I saw you in the passenger seat pushed all the way back and your leaning to the side
Jodie girl , another good one, 355 spider V8 gater gear box , it’s a proper tool,
a proper drivers car no flappy buttons etc. Tom certainly knows his onions ,look forward to this APP don’t know
how down load but that’s what daughters are for 😀, Hopefully my 18 year
restoration project car will sorted this year and if I get time I’ll drive down to this pub

Gosh,..., I got quiet by listening to these wise words . Quality you pay for , but you get so much in return for it ... This video starts as a car video but in the second part developed itself in so much more ! I so enjoyed that...Only one thing , his almost perfect car is the Porsche he says , but at the end he wanted a ferrari ..?! ,haha just try a classic Porsche I would have thought .
