how long did it take to ship?
@@tylermartel5285 I ordered late on a Thursday and it was here by the following Wednesday. RevRides and OnTrac (shipping company) have it down pretty well. You will get a text message from the actual trucking company before you get tracking. Make sure you accept the shipping date and time and then be ready to ride!

Really appreciate your videos TB. Stupid question: I can pull my battery out halfway and then it gets stuck. Any ideas on why I can't get it out?

@@user-gf5vz4zu7b I did. I had to loosen the seat and the shocks to take it out. They tightened the box to keep the battery from rattling because that was a minor complaint from customers as of late. Issue fixed
My bike came without a spacer in the front brake, now it’s compressed and I can’t get the front wheel on. What now?
stick a flat head screwdriver in it and press each side apart slowly
