Thank you for these tips, this video is very helpful. I see that my issue is staying consistent with deep conditioning and protein treatments. When I get tired of washing my hair every week I crochet a style for a month, but I still need to keep my scalp and hair moisturized. I'll have my stylist trim off any useless hair with my next relaxer. You have given me hope to just stop being lazy and put in the work! 😂
You're so welcome! 😊 Crocheting is a smart way to take a break, and keeping your scalp moisturized is key. A trim with your next relaxer sounds perfect too! You’ve got this!
this is great advice! I also found that washing my hair twice a week has changed the game for me, especially since I do heavy weight training 3 times a week. every other wash I deep condition and since i've started using the revair to dry my hair my ends have never been better! i'm able to wash, deep condition, dry and style all within an hour and half!
I’m not relaxed but i agree, i wash my hair when it needs washing. For me it ranges between 5-14 days….but honestly as long as i deep condition and use proper products for the condition of my hair, washing “too often” isn’t really an issue.
Girl I am telling you, from this journey I learned natural or relax, the basics for healthy hair growth is the same really. Styling and all could be different but the basic to keep it healthy is the same. Thank you for watching ☺️.
Wow, that's amazing you got your whole wash day routine down to an hour and a half! 💪🏽 I have done it before when my hair is not super dirty and when I get a change to wash twice a week after an intense workout like you! ☺️ But it's been a while since I've washed my hair twice in a week lol.
Aww, thank you! 🥰 When I do get angry, my voice actually gets deeper, but I still don’t shout. It’s more of a calm, serious tone-but it gets the point across! 😂
Question - how often do you relax your hair? Thanks to the Revlon paddle brush dryer I stretch my relaxers out to twice a year, but my stylist seems to think it should be more, maybe 4x a year. I'm just not a fan of the fresh relaxer density, it's too thin lol
Cassy i just subbed im natural and my hair has always been very thick and long but my surgery and hormones are thinning my hair. It will grow back in with time so im not stressed. Can you please do a roller set video. I got my rollers but lawd i need help with the parts its also why i cyant braid bcus i cyant part and i refuse to do this new school crap and put edge control on my scalp. Anywho, please help your eler sista out with a roller set tutorial? Ty❤

I relax my hair every 3 to 4 months. This seems to be a good duration for me.
