This is a real vedio, proper combination of equipments stop the machine in same way; there are many fake vedios on net at this time.
Increase the pulley size of the flywheel to 8" of 12".if that didn't give you result, then double your flywheel.

To get more free energy, you need to increase the engine speed. On the flywheel, the pulley from the engine to increase and from the generator to reduce. On the generator, increase the pulley and increase the engine speed until you get the working speed of the generator.
Try putting the flywheel directly on the dynamo’s shaft axel... then spin it at 1800rpm with a 1hp motor

Thanks for honesty! I am building one and when I unplug the drive motor (from house current) after reaching about 120+v on generator(flywheel spinning well) and plug motor into gen. there is a noise in generator like it's shutting down (almost like a brake) and it stops producing voltage. Is there a current issue? Are there safeties on the generator? I should get some continuation of voltage from generator until it cuts off completely when the rpms go below necessary rate from flywheel, right? I'll be doing more experimentation to see rpms and voltages. This is a fun learning project!

Many good comments, im a valve technician and assemble + test various items including flywheel gearbox products. Just by listening I can hear inaccurate tension and friction, gravity and mass + speed. Reconstruct the design like a pyramid, the flywheel placed above both components. This provides a gravitational pull assistance accompanied with mass kinetic momentum. Also the flywheel needs more mass, the 12 volt motor is compensating lost energy (considering speed velocity). you may want to collaborate motor and alternator for efficiency.

All the power from the system come from the flywheel. The power in the flywheel depend on its weight, diameter, and angular velocity.
The generator is the device that convert kinetic energy from the flywheel to electrical energy. You have to make the generator run at full speed. So may you have to adjust the ratio of flywheel pulley and generator pulley to more than 1:1 maybe 1.5 :1 depend on your calculation. And also you may have to change ratio of motor pulley and flywheel pulley to increase speed of the flywheel.

@puwadej P, not only, the success of this kind of closed loop depends first about the winding of each ,motor and also generator,in order to cancel emf 100%,while you have it, you dont care of flywheel size and weight anymore,you can even put it away.
Minimum rpm for a flywheel is 1500/2000 therefore u will have to apply for step up ratios or a 1.5 hp motor for you to see better results
you need to bring it to India for it to work, the gravity there is a bit stronger so the centrifugal force that acts on the wheel is also greater thereby exponentially increasing the torque of the pulley that drives the generator. This is the reason why all free energy videos works in India.

Try to double dynamo speed by making flywheel pulley which is driving the dynamo, double in size. This will give you excess power to drive the motor from dynamo

From your data ,if you want output power up to 7kw , you have to make the flywheel run at around 13000 rpm. So you have to change the motor pulley and flywheel pulley ratio to 9:1. And also you have to change flywheel pulley and generator pulley ratio to 8:1 to keep the generator run at around 1500 rpm.

i red in one blog that the rpm of both motor and generator should be same , if the rpm of motor is bit high also will do , because the generator will give maximum out put when it was running on full rpm ,so if your motor is less rpm than the generator it will not be giving sufficient out put to the motor to run and pull again the generator. its rotation will be degenerated and gradually stops.
make something like gear system which will increase the speed of generator or better use a increased rpm motor than the generator. it will be more better if the pulling motor is less watts and more powerful. keep search don"t drop, all the best

You need neodymium alternator with low rpm like 750 rpm then calculate the pulleys to make sure it's accurate. It should work. Good luck

अब आरपीएम का आंकड़ा कुछ ऐसा होगा
कैसे भी आपके flywheel को 1800आरपीएम पर घुमना चाहिये।flywheel को घुमाने के लिये 0.5hp 2800आरपीएम का मोटर काफी है।मोटर में अगर 3इंच की पुली लगी है तो flywheel में 5इंच की पुलि होनी चाहिये। अब flywheel के दूसरे साइड में भी एक 3इंच की पुली लगाइये,उसको एक और एक्सटेंशन से जिसमें 12इंच की पुलि हो और दूसरा 2इंच का पुली हो अब 2इंच के पुलि से अल्टरनेटर को 14 इंच के पुली के साथ attach किजिये।बाजार में आपको 200 आरपीएम से लेकर 800आरपीएम तक के अल्टरनेटर उपलब्ध हैं लेकिन थोड़े महंगे हैं,मैं भी इसको खरीदने के लिये पैसा इकट्ठा कर रहा हूँ।
अब ध्यान रखने वाली बात ये है कि जितने आरपीएम का अल्टरनेटर हो उससे 50आरपीएम ज्यादा flywheel से जेनरेट हो।
इस तरह आप flywheel को 1800आरपीएम पर घुमाकर 16.5hp की शक्ति पा सकते हैं।
एक और बात लाइन चेंज करने के लिये प्लग निकालने का या स्विच चेंज करने का सिस्टम नहीं बल्कि रिले का उपयोग करें जो उपयुक्त वोल्टेज मिलने पर स्वतः हीं जनरेटर में स्विच कर जाये।
एक बात और रिले के बाद और मोटर के बीच में एक कैपेसिटर और होना चाहिये जो स्वि्चिंग के समय मिली सेकंड के लिये जितना आरपीएम कम हो रहा है वो कैपेसिटर से पुरा हो ना की अल्टरनेटर के डायरेक्ट करंट से क्योंकि अगर ऐसा हुआ तो फ्रिक्शन के वजह से flywheel धीरे धीरे रुकने लगेगा।
कैपेसिटर में भी न्यूट्रल रिले wireing होनी चाहिए ताकि जब आप बाहर का लोड दें और वोल्टेज हल्का ट्रिप करे तो कैपेसिटर का अतिरिक्त करेंट मोटर को शक्ति प्रदान करे।
फिर देखिये आप जरूर सफल होंगे।

Firstly : a flywheel is a mechanical capacitor. Unless it's on frictionless bearings in a vacuum, you'll never have more output energy than the input energy.
Example: a 20kW motor with 85% efficiency converts 20kW electrical energy into 17.6kW mechanical energy. A 20kW alternator with 95% efficiency converts 17.6kW mechanical energy into 16.7kW electrical energy .. A loss of 3.3kW just turning things.

Even people are commenting suggestions. By the way for those who "succeeded" you might have obtained a higher voltage in the output but at the same time the current will be low such that the product of current and voltage will be constant. And in fact it will be lower than the input power due to inevitable mechanical losses.
