Increase the pulley size of the flywheel to 8" of 12".if that didn't give you result, then double your flywheel. It's definitely working. Mine is working well.

Whenever you see anything related to this online it's always either an Indian scam artist thinking he can fool others or its an Indian who's been fooled and thinks it's possible. It's pretty much the most fundamental truth of the universe, if it was possible for energy to be created by using some ingenious device then there would be examples of it occurring naturally that are observed and documented. You use to small 1.5 kW motor (2 HP) that is problem If you use minimum 6 kW motor , and calculate optimal Flywheel transmission (reduction and amplification) finally you have chance to have 7kW output or more. But we have friction and the system not have chance to have never 100% efficiency. But I think tat laws of physics tell us that we need to have a Flywheel of 2m diameter and 2 tons and minimum 900 RPM to generate + kinetic energy.

Keilriemenscheibe mit 20cm Durchmesser Benutzen und dann geht alles! Bei Generator Gleichrichert Dioden und Kondesator Tauschen Kondesator 200 UF und nicht 50 uf ,Gleichrischter Dioden mit 20 Amper Strom einbauen!

First, from the data that you give, I don't believe that you have enough kinetic energy or speed in the system. You need to get the flywheel spinning at least two to three times as fast as it is spinning now making sure your pillow block bearings and belts can handle the high speed. You could do this by pullies or replacing the motor with a higher-speed motor. When you reduce speed, assure the generator is running at speed. To test this, you can mark your pullies and use a timing light to determine the speed. As for useful energy, in a 240 VAC system the generator would put out about 25 A and the motor FLA is about 12 with gross power generation about 13 A. Because of all the losses involved in the system consider about 6A usable. You may have some trouble starting motor loads with this unless they are small since locked rotor amps is about 6 times full load amps. You can load test this with light bulbs. A 200W light bulb at 240 v draws a little over .8A. See if 7 of them will work, if they do add until the system destabilizes and shuts off, then restart remove lights and resume. If something like this could run 24 hours under load, I would be impressed. You should also review some flywheel mechanics and rotational dynamics.
