You are one of the best Microsoft and Google instructors on the whole internet. Whenever I need crisp, clear instructions, I see if you have done something on it first. Much better than a guy clicking around very quickly on the screen with no explanation and polka music in the background.(No joke, just experienced that!)

I always wanted to learn Excel (Sheets) and even this ole man (I will be 77 this June 2021), I was thrilled that I could do what you presented here. I will watch two or three more tutorials on Google Sheets and then cross it off my bucket list of things to learn. The next item that I will try? Paramotoring.

Please help! I want to make a running total without individual entries. Ex. as each receipt comes in, I simply want to enter the amount spent so it shows in a total cell. If B5 is the amount of the receipt and B6 is the total spent, I want to add B5+ B6, with B6 changing each time a new and different amount is entered in B5

Kevin, Thank you for this video, This is a big help, but I need a formula for calculating cost of rebar based on the size of the rebar but I am not sure how to write it. Right now I have a simple formula that calculates finds the tonnage of rebar based on the linear footage multiplied by the weight of the bar per linear foot. Ex. #5 rebar weights 1.043lbs per lft., #4 is .668lbs per lft, etc. but to use this I have to change the formula every time based on the size of rebar itself. Is there a formula that can help me out here?

Do you have any videos about how to link specific cells together? I'm very new to all of this. I'm trying to link some check boxes together so when I check one box in a column it will automatically check other boxes in diffierent rows in that same column and vise versa. I want to make this happen with several columns each check box in the cloumns are linked to the check boxes in the rows below. The boxes are only linked to the boxes in the same column though. does that make sesnse? Sorry, I'm not really good at explaining things very well.
