    thank you for this, no clue why they couldn't do something like this on their channel or explain it accurately in the instructions.

    Got the whoop yesterday and neither the battery pack nor the whoop itself had any battery life left. which is strange, as i think there is a law in the EU that electric devices have to be at least 50 % charged at delivery so the customer can use /test the device immediately... interesting they don't care about it - not the best first impression to me.

    Hi RC. Love that color Clasp, hook and fastlink what colour is that....the silver? Platinum? Pewter? If you can confirm as I'd like to order the same?

      I'm not 100% certain WHOOP still has that exact band anymore. I just went and checked their website, because I know the one I have is a Superknit band. I think Tundra is not exactly the same band colour, but very very close and the clasp is the same. Hope that helps!

    I’m having a hard time putting my whoop in pairing mode. I push so hard at both sides and nothing. Any help?

    Guess I might be having issues as well, I’m looking at the app that it’s charging. Awhile ago it showed 13% and now it’s down to 10%. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong with it? Can you make a troubleshooting video?

    • @RCInsight
      @RCInsight  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'd consider doing a troubleshooting video. The problem is it's really hard for me to troubleshoot for problems that I'm not personally experiencing. I am planning on doing some more tutorials soon with how to actually use the app so that could maybe help.

    I just got the band. For some reason it’s not charging. The pack is at 100 and I put it on but it’s not charging. Does the led (charging led) part have to be over the whoop metallic clip?

    I have absolutely no lights on my Whoop even though the battery pack is fully charged - any idea please?

      Me too. Anyone know why?

    • @RCInsight
      @RCInsight  ปีที่แล้ว

      I have no clue why this is, but you can see the charge amount in the app right?
      I tend to find that I don't ever use the lights anyway tbh.

    • @Erika211294
      @Erika211294 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @RC Insight no, I can't see anything in the app because I was never able to charge the strap so I can't even get connected to the app

    • @RCInsight
      @RCInsight  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Erika211294 Wait it won't charge at all? If that's the case you should email whoop support and give them a detailed explanation of your issue. If there's no simple fix then they would most certainly send you a new one.

    • @Erika211294
      @Erika211294 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@RCInsight No it has never charged for me and has never had any lights, despite being able to see my battery pack is full. I have done so. They are not the easiest the deal with, this issue has been going on over 10 days now and I am still awaiting a return form. For such an expensive product/ service, I would not expect any issues so unfortunately I am returning.

    How long does it take to charge the band? How do you know when the band is fully charged?

    • @RCInsight
      @RCInsight  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sorry for the late reply. It usually takes a few hours from my experience. You can either tap the whoop to see what colour the light is (not exact but gives you an idea) or check the whoop app which will tell you the charge (it should also send you a notification when fully charged)

    You did not discuss how long the charge lasts on either one of theses the strap or the battery.

    • @RCInsight
      @RCInsight  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I guess I should've mentioned that but I will definitely talk about that in my review.
      The battery pack itself drains quickly, basically I charge up the battery pack, put it on to charge the whoop, and once the whoop is charged I need to go recharge the battery pack again.
      As for the whoop itself, I find a full charge lasts around 5 days.

    You forgot to mention how do I know the whoop is charged as I see flashing lights blue and white - what does it mean?

    • @RCInsight
      @RCInsight  หลายเดือนก่อน

      The best way to know the whoop is charged is by checking in the app as it will give you an exact number for the charge. However, you can also double tap the top of the whoop and there's a little LED indicator for the charge (it's imprecise though and only shows green/yellow/red)
      If it's flashing blue and white I'm really not sure. Blue means the device is in pairing mode

    HELP ME!!
    I received my WHOOP today and I first charged my battery a bit so that I could slide it over my WHOOP as quickly as possible and so that I could put my WHOOP on as quickly as possible! but I have a problem, I've been trying all day to charge my WHOOP to more than 45% but that doesn't work, I've already tried everything: just the fully charged battery on my WHOOP (as it should be) , the battery on the WHOOP and at the same time the battery on the charging cable in the socket and I have also tried to take the WHOOP off my wrist and then put the battery on it and in the socket at the same time but it does not work . my WHOOP shows in the APP that it is charging but the battery percentage does NOT rise above 40%! Can anyone help me, does anyone have any tips?

    How long does a full charge last?

    • @RCInsight
      @RCInsight  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Really sorry for the delayed response. Initially I found a full charge lasted around 5 days, though it is somewhat dependent on how active you are. I play varsity hockey and have been on the ice a lot this year, and my whoop is also a little older, so now I feel like a full charge is more around 4 days, especially with all the movement and activity I'm doing. Still quite solid though I think.

    How much does the charger charge the whoop? For example, from say 14% how much should I expect the charger too charge the device? I sent my first one back thinking it didn't work. It wouldn't change the device to 100% when attached regardless how I connected it. They sent me a replacement and that one will charge to 100% with the charger attached and connected to USB. However, with just the charger it doesn't get beyond 60% before the charger dies.

      @RCInsight  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If my battery is fully charged then it can consistently charge my whoop up to 100%. But it varies wildly based on how long I've actually charged the battery before connecting it to the whoop. But if your battery is showing a green light after charging it up, it *should* have the power to charge the whoop up to 100% or very close to it.

      You’ll get a notification on your app when it’s 100% charged. You can also check the app to see what the battery is at
