Hey Chris! Been a huge fan since the beginning, Ive always expressed that I believe whole heartedly that doing videos about your breathtaking RR Phantom will definitely get your channel to blow. Good to see you implementing it more! Theres not many ppl on earth who would scroll past a video about a RR, especially from the viewpoint of an owner because typically RR owners dont document that experience. Keep it up. We're all here supporting you ALWAYS. You will get to the top
Thank you for your very kind words. Much appreciated. I plan to keep going, it’s thinking of different videos to keep it interesting! I hope I can! Thanks for your support!
Am enjoying the rolls Royce videos. My real passion is Land Rovers and my dream car is the L322 so love those videos and would love to see any more Range Rover, Defender,Discovery vids.
I think if you buy sensibly you can avoid this sort of cost. If you bought from a main dealer you could be looking at £1000 a year and a good private seller maybe £2000 a year if everything is up together and has lots of good history. I just bought it with my heart and paid the price. Thanks for watching and for your kind comments.
There will be more coming. It's school holidays and don't want my kids on the channel yet, so have been juggling children, work and TH-cam! Thanks for watching!
I just found your channel, and I’m really impressed! The video and thumbnail editing are excellent. The only thing I noticed is that the audio from your GoPro is only coming through one side of my headphones, while the audio from your phone sounds fine. Your content is both relaxing and informative, so keep up the great work! Also, what software do you use for editing?
You could do a desktop video on some of the special commission Rolls Royces they have produced. Look up Phantom Rose, Phantom Serenity or Cullinan Peal. Absolutely nobody is doing what Rolls are doing. Using silk, velvet, marble or mother of pearl in a car is next level, and harks back to the 1920s Rollers. The workmanship is exquisite. I think more people should know about them. And lastly, did you get yours professionally detailed? The bodywork looks great.
Thanks that’s a good idea. I was thinking of a desk style video about the new Scintilla. There’s a video coming about the bodywork. There’s not much rust but it needs looking at! Thanks for watching!
Really great content, I have had the privilege of driving a few Bentleys and Rolls Royce’s, ( Turbo R, Corniche and Silver Cloud) and I absolutely love them, nothing comes close. Looking forward to seeing future videos
Hi Mark, thanks for your comments and interest in FX Trading. It’s early days and I am probably a week off being able to give you solid information. If you follow me on Insta and drop me a message I’ll come back to you as soon as I have more. Thanks again Chris
It’s the Rolls that only interests me! I hope you will do a video tour around the car soon- justifying how the car can be so expensive to buy and pointing out its design features. Curious to know if it has a reversing camera and spare wheel for example.
I’ve had it about 3.5 years. It’s always started and never caused an issue. Other than the first couple of months. It still ran but just very well. I think it would be quite usable on a daily basis once I get these small bits sorted. Thanks for watching.
Hi Chris, personally I’ve zero interest in the campervan, so for me it’s more RR, and Bentley ( if that’s your choice ). Showing the experience of owning one of these ( warts & all ) would be interesting. How does Mr Average cope with owning, running, and maintaining one of these without having to sell a kidney?. Or is that not possible?. Thanks Chris….John
About the RR love the idea of owning one, but could not take the stress, as all my car's seem to get mistraly scratched and scuffed, you are a brave man
Either are from about £5000 for a bad one, up to about £25000 for a good one. Really nice Shadow may go up to £50k. But the low end is about the same price. Thanks for watching.
I like that you’re building your channel on your own merit unlike another West Sussex creator whose wife is well connected with a certain race circuit and it’s blatantly obvious is pulling strings and opening doors for their spouse to make content. Obviously not a problem for his many followers or maybe they haven’t done the research so are oblivious to it. But for me personally, once I get a whiff of nepotism at play, I cannot bear to watch. No such problem here - there’s not even a reference to a Mrs E, let alone one whose coattails you could ride. I like that you just come across as clearly a clever guy, but one who has a relatable passion for classic British brands, and other marques and it feels like we’re getting a window into your car life, and all its ups and downs, including that sense of jeopardy. Keep going as you are.
Thanks that's very kind. I think there will be a lot of ups and downs, so stay tuned. No Mrs E and no coattails just hours of trying to learn how to film and edit. I've still not cracked it... but I'll improve over time. Thanks for your support, much appreciated.
I'm so sorry. I hate writing comments like this, but if we don't hear, we don't know. I will stick just to style and presentation. I feel your videos might benefit from a bit of editing and tweaking your delivery---that is: 1) speaking about one subject--- *once,* and then moving on, rather than restating the same words in several ways, and 2) trying to speak more fluidly and without the constant hesitations. I believe I, for one, would find it much easier to watch / listen to your interesting content. And please don't take my words for insults. They are not meant as such. Thank you.
I joined the RREC a while ago when I got my first Phantom. I didn’t find them at all welcoming and the attitude was dismissive towards the BMW Rolls Royces. They only seemed to care about ‘proper’ models. Hopefully it has changed now.
If, like me, many viewers are interested in the Rolls, the costs, the perils and pitfalls and the delight of using one daily, then please buy another Rolls!
@ChrisEdworthy I think there's probably a cut off point in many people's minds of buying any 'future classic' say 20 years old, but you have done that already.... a silver seraph maybe?
It´s no matter what car brand you have today, you have to order it anyway. Shop repairs is long gone, items is so specialised and expensive no matter brand.
Ditch the camper van videos 😂. Stick to Rolls Royce, Bentley videos etc. And no old school cars, the audience for that type of video aren't young people, so dont go that route. Gonna cost some money, but stick to newer cars ... Great video mate, thoroughly enjoyed your Rolls Royce content 🎉🎉
Yes was thinking the same. I need a friendly dealer to help with newer cars. Let me work on it. The more views and subscribers, the more seriously dealerships will take me and see the benefit of working with me. Thanks for watching… far too much of my lovely face in the camper van video?!! 😂😂
Such a disrespectful comment. Some of us older 🧓 gentleman prefer the old -school models of Rolls_Royce and Bentley vehicles. The pre German designed and built cars. In other words, the classic cars. There is room on this channel for both !...
Must be a dodgy internet connection, not sure how lovely my face is! 😂 I hope to film a lot more of the car driving over the coming weeks so you don’t have to see as much of my face. School holidays are limiting how much I can do! Thanks for watching!
I do like those too. I love the latest one but have a 2012 model I use daily. Have you watched my video on why I bought mine?? th-cam.com/video/D7pSKAav5vo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=0aitOL7o7FhTBDFa

Just realised I didn't know you uploaded the second part of Daily Driving A Rolls Royce Phantom VII... thank you so much, Chris.
No problem, make sure to hit the bell icon to stay up to date! Thanks for your continued support Stuart!
@@ChrisEdworthy Bell icon always on, Chris my friend. Don't worry, I will not let you down. Keep me updated with the progress on the Rolls. Stuart
Hi 👋🏻, I like more RR Phantom DIY and maintenance and technical information. How to easy fix items etc. Keep the RR Phantom movies coming up. Cheers 🥂
Good idea. I have no idea when it comes to mechanics. I wonder if I could learn?! What a car to learn on! Thanks for the ideas!
What you are doing with the Rolls is interesting, so please carry on, regardless. Yes, I like the British and your humor.
Thank you! Much appreciated. I’ll try and keep the jokes coming! 😂 thanks for watching too!
Am enjoying the rolls Royce videos. My real passion is Land Rovers and my dream car is the L322 so love those videos and would love to see any more Range Rover, Defender,Discovery vids.
The will be more Range Rover Videos coming. Hopefully next week. Thanks for the feedback and watching!!
I enjoy the videos about your Rolls. Good info on a car most would like to own, but realise the running costs would probably be beyond most people.

Yes, I liked the real feel of your RR backseat McDonald's "meal". That RR is insane for a daily driver...but fun to watch you doing it.

Yes I've had an issue with audio for my last 2 videos. I thought I'd resolved it. I use Final Cut Pro for editing.

I would love a Corniche and a Silver Cloud. If I had money, I’d be dangerous!! 😂 thanks for watching!
Chris, loving the Phantom videos. Would be interested in the F X Trading you mentioned.
Hi Mark, thanks for your comments and interest in FX Trading. It’s early days and I am probably a week off being able to give you solid information. If you follow me on Insta and drop me a message I’ll come back to you as soon as I have more. Thanks again Chris
Good video do more on the phantom
Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated.
Fergus Dublin Ireland
Older Rolls Royce, Campervan, older Bentley.
I'd love any of those,, Keep up the great vlogs ;-)
Thanks Fergus! I love Dublin, visited many times. Thanks for watching.
It’s the Rolls that only interests me! I hope you will do a video tour around the car soon- justifying how the car can be so expensive to buy and pointing out its design features. Curious to know if it has a reversing camera and spare wheel for example.
Thanks that's really useful. I'll do that in the coming weeks. Thanks for watching
It would be great to watch the service from KIS when it is done... is this possible?
I will ask. I’m sure I can sort something out! Thanks for commenting again! 👍
The gearbox on these are strong more likely a vacuum pipe or something small but do change the oil and filter for a start
Thanks for the advice. I'll keep you posted!
How's the reliability been? How long have you owned it for

Very nice video😊
What is the price for a very nice silver spirit or shadow in UK?

Would love to see more rr content or try a mulsanne
Mulsanne is a good idea. I’d need to find a helpful owner! Thanks for watching.
More R-R driving and reviews please
Thanks I will do! Much appreciated
The Club event would be interesting. Maybe daily driving an older Jag might be of
interest aswell.
That’s a good idea. I do like the old Jags. British too! Thanks for watching and the suggestion!

Nice videos. Can you please try and convey in your videos how quiet and smooth it is - or isn’t, in comparison to a more ordinary luxury car.

the sound on your videos only seems to come out of 1 speaker
That's really odd. I made sure this video was exported and uploaded in stereo. I'll have to ask TH-cam support. Thanks for letting me know.

you need to network to find all the parts to source ,then you can help me find a Phantom in black for me .

The camper is going… maybe a second Roller? What do you think of this:
