      1 year after the purchase you can rent the property.

      That is right. But the homes are very well upgraded but building this way has kept the cost down.

    Does Cadence have anything other than a pool, and cabana? Dog park, Pickle ball, Tennis courts etc.? If not, are there any close by?

      Not sure condos but Cadence has townhomes and they are nice and $350k

    Prices are still too high. I don't understand why the USA doesn't get that they are way too greedy and capitalistic. That's why all the other countries don't want to deal with the US dollar anymore.

      No, prices are high because the Fed left rates low for way to long for political reasons and then raised them faster than ever before locking up the housing market and pushing inflation. Then they bail out banks and let the middle class and poor get the crap beat out of them with high prices.

    Homes look nice but correct me if I'm wrong, aren't the interest rate buy downs typically only 2 years? Then your rate goes up which it will since the Fed has already stated they'll be raising rates again. Inflation is still going up as of the latest report.. Why no mention of HOA Fee's or CDD? Does the Community have a storage area for small boats and RV's?

      Good Question. No only if you do a 2-1 or 3-1 buy down but if you take 25k and buy down the rate you will be around 5%. Hoa is 350 and CDD is 1000. Rates are not connected to the Feds fund rate they are connected to the Yield so they are going to continue to maintain, and we should see a recession soon which will bring them down. My educated opinion

      @@LeeBrickeytv That’s high, $5200 in fees per year, OUCH, that will increase.. The other issue are the PSL property taxes, the highest in the state or very near the highest. It will be interesting to see how much prices will fall this year and next. *I guess there’s no Community storage for boats/RV’s…*We’ve been in a recession with more then 2 months, rates just went up .25%.

      @@spinfish1434 You get cable internet alarm and all of your yard work done and you have amenities. I I have lived in one for 20 years in Jupiter HOA has never gone up. It is condos that are the problem. But an HOA is not for everyone but I dont want to be doing yard work on my days off. I would rather fish and play golf.

      @@LeeBrickeytv I understand where you’re coming from but HOA fees do go up, the maintenance costs always increase. Look at the inflation that’s happening right now in our Country. Those fees alone are $156,000 after 30 years… Potential buyers should be made aware of this before purchasing. Imo.
