Can a paediatric dengue pt with rash with platelets above 1 lakh on its 5-6 day of illness with bp above 90/60 mm hg with no signs of hypotension can be treated on opd basis???? When should pt be adviced to get admitted for hospital care?????
Suppose a dengue pt comes on day 5 to you at that time if we advise NS 1 antigen than it will come positive or negative or only IgM Will come positive??
