Excellent this is what I was wanting to see! So it does shred even more if you run it through twice!! Thank you so much glad I finally saw and glad I ordered for my compost and my garden.
You should get yourself some leaf bags for the second go around that may help the dust issue! First pass didn’t look as dusty

Just got mine this week. It works better on oak leaves than pine needles . Good idea putting it through twice.

I put a shower curtain around mine and use five gallon buckets to catch it as it shreds . Easier to pick up a five gallon bucket then to pick it up off the ground . Yes the bucket only catches about 80 percent . The curtain will cut down 95 percent of the dust . It easy to attach with the way worxs made the shiny metal ring holding up the machine .

Nice. I have a Troy Built yard vac chipper/shredder. It works like a lawn mower, and does very well but is way louder than your machine.

By running the leaves a second time, how much more do you feel it reduced them? Thanks.

Does it fit on top of a garbage can that way you don’t have to pick it up twice.

Please advise how to clean air filter, etc. to keep the unit functional (dust is a major issue). Thanks! CWB.

It is electric. Air filter for what use?

How often have you had to change the strings? Thanks.

Ream out the holes a bit and use .105" diameter string. Lasts much longer than the thin stuff it ships with.

Wonder if using some kind of wire would last longer.

I need to find a way so that the shredder dumps the leaves directly to a paper lawn bag. Any suggestions?

You can remove the top part and use a plastic leaf bag over the stand and then replace the top onto the stand, so that the ground leaves drop straight into the bag.

It worx but I have a lot of twigs. I purchased a different brand of string. It’s a professional brand and now I can go through 5 full bags before changing string. And use bags, you won’t have all that dust……

It's ok, can't force feed it more leaves than it can shred - the strings break too easily.

I had one. A little stick got stuck in the unit and locked up the rotor, causing the electric motor to burn out in a few seconds. Product totaled. Don't buy it, folks.

Way too much messing around. Use a lawnmower that mulches and bags, or a weed wacker on the leaves either in the pile or in a wheel barrow. Wet or dry makes little difference
