EEEE. I can't understand him 100%, but he sounds excellent as far as tone goes. Kaito and Meiko are getting some much needed loving. Now, when Meiko's new demos come out I will squeal like a fangirl!
It's not like EVERYONE can speak English fluently. Besides, KAITO's voice provider is Japanese, not a native English speaker. GUMI's voice provider just happened to speak English very well.

I don't really like this song that much, but at least I can understand him perfectly and he has a nice voice here. Hope to hear more of him in the future :D

If you want to buy a Vocaloid, I recomend KAITO V3 or Hatsune Miku V3. You need to buy the Vocaloid3 Editor seperately for other voice banks, except Crypton's. Besides, they also include a music making software in their package. If you bought either of them, you can start your own music immediately ^-^

Luka's also japanese and sings english. Also, Miku is being developed for English and had the english worked on before Kaito, it just needs some work, but Kaito does it perfectly
