I just realized that when the Original Dixieland Jazz Band committed copyright infringement on some composers song, it was this song! Recognize it in their Dixieland One-Step?
The videos were a bit tricky to take. I was sitting in the audience and could only film part of the stage. I don’t use a tripod, but hold the camera in my hand, which gives me much more panning and zooming and different angle ability. It also builds arm strength!
@@banjojudy More arm strength than playing the banjo? Just kidding of course. I'm amazed how well you are as a human steady cam. You are so lucky to be able to go to so many venues and listen to so much good music. No one in my family wants to go out much less to hear music so it's just me once in a while. Adam Swanson will be playing at piano store I can see from my office building in Oakland CA. in January, can't get more convenient than that except it is on a Saturday.
@@bencarter8324 men, i do watch that video and love it. One of my favorite video is when Tom Brier, Danny Coots and Brian Holland. Three of them have a collab play. Sound very fun and nice.
AMAZING PIANISTS AND DRUMMER
I couldn't agree more!
I return to this great video so often - all three performers look to be having such fun!
What a rouser! Couldn't have a better trio to make it pop.
... popped right off the tracks ... came back ... and kept on truckin'.
Couldn't have said it better myself!

It was definitely easier to get away with it back in the day, but nice catch!
Banjojudy, I like how you added to the excitement by introducing some Dutch Angle on your video putting Adam on an angle implying even more action.

The trip on here sounds like the trio on Dixieland One Step.
For who dont know, Drummer is Danny Coots
Love his smile
Danny Coots is phenomenal! Watch his caravan solo with Brian Holland and you will see the best of his abilities.
