"They are as powerful as they are litigious." I think this is how I will always refer to Nintendo and many another video game and other big corpo going forward. ❤
I worked in networking for charter communications for a long while and I used to get thousands of dcma emails from all the big guns. Disney and the likes. They would want the name and address to the IP address. I would definitely contact the customer and educate them on vpns and basic privacy measure's. Greedy bastards, people being inspired by your work should be a compliment. Not everyone can or will pay the grossly inflated prices Nintendo demands. And don't get me started on the big N not making most the back catalog available.
3500 years or until the end of his life is so hilarious to me. I get that the courts have to be specific in their rulings, but it's such an absurdly high number that they really didn't need to specify "whichever comes first"
tbh this deserves more attention
my left ear enjoyed this video
my right ear enjoyed the music
Wow, my left ear really liked this video
Excellent video, keep up the good work! Great writing and editing. My right ear does need a little more love next time though.

Saint right here.
Being on a trustable VPN is good Internet hygiene anyway.

Great video but make sure to balance audio to *both* ears
Reminder that Nintendo tried to make videgame rentals illegal.
Regular people don’t care about piracy. At all. Nobody’s life should be ruined because of software.
I'd care if Nintendo wasn't known for forcing us to re-buy games and killing access to our purchases simply because money.
Not to mention most of this so-called "piracy" is nothing more than preserving history.
The problem isn't that he pirated, the problem is that he stole profits by making money off of things he didn't own or create.
It's your duty to pirate as much Nintendo software as possible.
