We bought 3 properties last year from Dubai for investment and we experience the same feeling about paying a “token “ just to show interest to a project because in our country we dont have such things . But when we go in there and attend some launches we understand why 😅 but before that we taught some agents are trying to scam us 😅

Great convo -The only thing I don't agree with is only working/investing with certain developers. If you get a Danube property at the right price the roe on completion will be way higher as phpp plan

Absolutely true any property IF BOUGHT AT THE RIGHT PRICE can be profitable but most of the times not all developers are selling at the correct prices hence we always advice clients to understand the market and the values then invest.

That Post payment only works to your ROI benifit is when you buy the unit at the right price and not exaggerated which unfortunately many fall for due to a very flexible payment plan.
