Like let me give an example: if i see a person going out of a backery with a bag, the normal person would assume that the person i saw bought something. But you can question this popular assumtion and maybe ask or think what if there is money in the bag and the person robbed the backery.
You are compleatly in your right to do that, and tell people that you think its that way.
But you are not allowed to follow that person, harass him, or even attack him because you think he might have stolen money from the backery

I think that convincing 25% of Americans that a school shooting is fake is more than just an opinion.

For 99% that is equivalent to a financial prison sentence for life. While what Alex Jones did was wrong I do feel like the families exaggerated this to gain some sort of additional compensation from when it originally took place. 1.5 billion is INSANE and lawyers get .45 of that profit typically. From what I know, in a matter of days jones was talking about how it was all faked and began suggesting that the parents faked their own children's deaths.
This lead to parents, who had very recently lost their very young children, being harassed and apparently threatened, with some people claiming that they faked their own children's deaths. From what I read some even had to leave the town due to the harassment.
Understandable, this would be pretty upsetting to most people and I could defenitly see this as being Harmful.

Bankston's approach to undermine Jones's defense was to show Jones being openly hostile about people merely for existing in a way that was unpleasant to him. The fact that Jones maligned the jury is relevant evidence in assessing damages when Jones's defense is that he doesn't malign people.

I believe that Alex Jones is an honest man who became aware of insane amounts of corruption. As any honest man would, he tried to bring awareness to the corruption. I believe that the ever growing rabbit hole of conspiracies (real and fake) he learned of and the general lack of interest from large segments of the public caused him to become pessimistic and depressed. I believe that he lacks self control and discretion. I believe that he gets so loud and heated because of intense frustration, anxiety, and despair at the lack of integrity in the world. I think he may very well be driven partially insane. I also believe that he is usually correct.

Its so disgusting reading the horde of comments celebrating this as some kind of victory, and also unsettling how so many of these comments are written in a similar vernacular.. I see this trial as the frog in the boiling pot, but these NPCs see it as good triumphing over evil. I suppose they don't have to worry though, they will never question the official narrative, they don't seem to be able to. So if freedom of speech is slowly eroded, why should they care? All of their beliefs and opinions come straight from the establishment, so they're never at risk of noticing oddities asking questions. They can't understand how anyone could be skeptical of the most objectively corrupt institutions in all human history.
I can't wrap my mind around it.. When did so many people get on board with believing the establishment news and government officials? They sincerely can't sense any foul play here.. They think we're the idiots because we question things, but they don't even have the curiosity to find out what it is we're specifically questioning.
