This has to be one of Noels best videos yet. What an inspirational story. We saw the human side of Noel. From telling us how he was not the best with money and getting his family into a sticky situation, and then having the willpower and desire to turn it all around and make it all better. Truly an inspiration.
Well said toedipper absolutely Noel bared his soul. I just love watching his videos he makes them all very interesting and if any haters say different well haters gonna hate hahaha
One thing I really appreciate about you is how you are not confrontational, acerbic, or nasty. You don't go out of your way to shame, embarrass, or humiliate anyone, yet it's clear what you like and don't like.
Never met a truly successful person that didn’t work their chops off to get there mate; and success extends well beyond the financial side. Well done for taking responsibility, digging your way out of debt and looking after your family. That’s success right there in many ways. A man of honour, always be proud.
How were you able to deal with emigration to get your family to the States? I’m trying to bring my Sister and her Husband to Seattle where I live but have been told only a Citizen can sponsor them not a green card holder like I am??? It’s really disappointing to me
One thing not mentioned is the sheer amount of pleasure you have given thousands of us over the years. I’ve been watching you for many many years now, every week I’ll watch the new video and usually a few others from the back catalogue too. I get genuine pleasure from your work, and you have enriched my life by showing me the big world out there. Along with Bald and Bankrupt, Simon Wilson, Harald Baldr et all I spend more time watching you all than I do “proper telly”. Keep up the amazing work and hope Rach feeling better too
I used to have a strong fear of flying. Watching your videos and Josh Cahill’s videos during the lockdowns helped me get over my fear of flying. I saw how normal flying is. Last year I took 7 flights and not one panic attack. Thank you for sharing your journeys!
Noel, I'm truly glad that you are on youtube, because you have been an integral part of my journey of being treated for a bone disease. I spent 218 days in the hospital in a 2 year period going through a living nightmare, while your videos helped to take me away from the painnfor a moment or two, and also helped for me to relax. You're a great personality, and I enjoy living vicariously through you and your trips being the AVgeek that I am! Bless you, and thank you for all of your hard work!!
He's been a joy to watch for many years now. As a traveler he seems fair and honest and really puts himself out there to do routes other of us wouldn't even consider to please the viewers.
I just came across your page yesterday. It was your greyhound bus video. I’ve since watched eight of your videos and I love this. Never thought I would be interested in watching someone fly around the world. But you did such a great job with talking about your trip, about the plane that you were in, the way you interact with other folks, everything is so cool. Keep up the great work.
My son asked me recently whether I regretted not starting a TH-cam channel earlier. The answer is YES. If you want that career path, start it now, because it's getting harder. My channel started off as a hobby and now I earn more than I did working 9-5:30 / 5 days a week. As Noel says, you work at it 7 days a week, but it is rewarding. If you find your perfect job, you'll never have to work another day of your life. Most travel TH-camrs are in their 20s/30s, perfect hair, perfect complexions etc. and seeing the world before they settle down with a family. At 64 I'm past that stage. If I can do it, anyone can... it's hard work, but great fun.
If you don't mind me asking, how much can you really generate with a 50k subscriber channel? I thought you needed to have ~500k+ before you can really start making a living.
Face it, the vast majority of people who make TH-cam a job started with enough money that they wouldn't need to work if they chose not to. Even then, most channels never become popular enough to generate enough income to live of
Noel, you are in no way weird! You have a wonderful on screen personality, and a great sense of humor! Also, I don't know if you saw my comment on the last train vlog, but I'd like to propose the name for the bathroom review on trains as the "Choo Choo Loo Review".
I'm a business traveler myself and I have Delta Diamond Status, so 9 times out of 10 I'm in business/First/Delta One, and he's right. You've seen one economy seat, you've seen them all. But, what I do enjoy about these videos is getting to see airports/airlines/countries that I would never otherwise visit. I find it all fascinating. Well done, sir.
I agree, i've never sat in an economy seat and thought wow this is so much better than the normal economy seat. Theres really no innovation in economy, other than how can they squeeze more economy seats in. I'm also always amused when people say they'd rather fly on an A380....... in economy. Nope Pass, they are all bad.
@@JustinWatson23economy is fine for anything under 4 hours. I fly it 8 to 10 times a year. I book a window seat headphones on for music or a movie. I never even get out my seat until we land. I can’t understand why people as soon as they are on a plane cannot sit still for a couple of hours.
@@robotsonmars1989because for me it causes a lot of pain being unable to straighten my legs and having constant pressure on my knees from the seat in front. 4 hours is bearable, anything longer and it’s not. Let’s be honest though the only reason people tolerate even only is because of price. Some people will have no issues with being in constant pain if they save a few dollars. I would rather pay a little more but there aren’t really options. If I can afford to I will flue premium but many routes do t have it.
Thank you for this video! You are my favorite travel vlogger. I started watching your videos last year to overcome my paralyzing fear of flying and have to say you're a big part of me getting back on a plane again. What helped was hearing the engine noises while seeing the view from takeoff and then knowing you arrived safely at your destination. Thank you for the amazing content! I hope to say hi one day at an airport somewhere.
I truly appreciate you being so honest and candid about living in Texas! As a native of Georgia those of us who have lived in the southern United States for generations we both see and appreciate people like you and your family. You’re always welcome and I assure if you ever should really need it, someone will always help you here!
Too bad you chose to live in Texas of all the other great states in the US. Houston is hot and humid, not to mention the sad politics, putting it nicely.
@@indianmenonly5957 it’s hot and humid with mosquitos. My family ancestors were architects in West Texas. Texas has good things about it, but Not the state politics.
I am sad you think that about us Europeans! I think some Americans have different habits and attitudes to Europeans but I don't know of anyone who would say they "didn't like Americans" across the board.
Appreciate your candid views and a little bit of a background about yourself in this video. Being a TH-camr that stands out amongst the thousands of others attempting to make a success out of it, is quite literally a full-time job. With hours of overtime. And lots of 7 day weeks. Keep up the hard work mate 👌
Having also grown up on a council estate in Leicester, I know what you mean when you say you grew up with nothing. With any success, people will always hate on you. Keep it up mate, love your videos. Respect to you and love to the family.
Such a wonderfully heartwarming video. I've been watching your videos for a couple of years now and I can easily say you're my favourite channel. Whenever a video of another subscribed channel is released, it's "that's cool, maybe I'll watch it later when I have a moment" but when your's come out it's "I must drop everything right now and watch what that rascal's been up to". Thank you for everything you're doing, it's perfect in every way! ❤
As a nervous flyer I watch your videos and they really help me normailize the whole procces. The fun and enjoyment you show to a process I sometimes fear has really helped me 😊. Keep doing what you do!
I have worked all my life in aircraft maintenance. Now retired. Trust me flying is the second safest means of travel after rail. Your aircraft has backup systems for backup systems. Even military aircraft have a excellent safety record and have you seen RAF Typhoon fighters flying through the mountains of the Lake District.
My pleasure in helping people with flying issues. I have traveled the world and the only issue I have had was a Emirates flight landing at Dubai airport. A minute or so from landing the 4 huge engines of our A380 were powered up to full power or near enough. My wife looked at me and I said “ We are doing a go around, there will be an issue on the runway”. The captain came quite quickly on to the intercom and apologised for the delay but Air Tower had instructed us to carry out a go around due to an aircraft not clearing the runway. That cost the airline for the excess fuel used but as you see safely ALWAYS come first. Ow I did fly back seat in a F4 Phantom fighter. Flying low level at 500 miles an hour now that is exciting and I was so lucky.
I’m an avid avgeek myself and as an autistic guy I think people can think I’m just a geek with no emotions but I’m actually pretty sensitive and anxious a lot of the time. I struggle with my mental health a lot too and avation has been one of the most inclusive and accepting communities I’ve found. I’ve never had a bad experience with airline staff at all really even if I ended up panicking and struggling throughout the flight they have been amazing 9/10 times. I’ve always felt a bit daft being into aviation but also struggling with change and the whole experience of travel but I completely agree with your advice to learn as much as you can, knowledge is power 100% no matter what flight you’re on physics is on your side, planes want to fly at the end of the day and that’s a damn good baseline if you ask me. Definitely one of my favourite videos of your Noel, also as a fellow Brit your food choices are elite. Can’t beat some fish and chips with some monster munch.
We're leaving on an A380 from Toronto to Heathrow in 8 days. I havent been back to the UK since I was 14 years old in 1978 with my parents. This time im with my adult daughter. Love your videos.
Ah, lovely to see you taking off from Gatwick over Redhill, a mile from where we live! We paused the video and saw all the places we know from the air on your trip. Great too to hear how welcome you’ve been made in Texas. I hadn’t realised you wanted to live in the US for so long - an inspiring story. Thank you for your lovely videos and don’t let the negativity get you down. There are plenty of us who have nothing but praise for your work!
Noel - fantastic video and thank you for sharing your story. Regarding some of the negative comments, the fact you address them in such a reasonable, open and transparent way speaks volumes about you.
Hi, Noel. I'm an American who has lived some of HM's commonwealth countries before returning to the US. Upon returning, I (like you) chose Texas because of work. I spent several years in a suburb of Houston similar to yours, but absolutely hated it. Urban planning seems to not exist. Summers are hellish. Texas pride is a facade, as I've never, ever seen a place so eager to destroy nature and history to make a quick buck. The locals weren't particularly friendly. So, you and I seem to have had pretty different experiences overall. I just moved to another Southern state and, well, the history, weather, nature, people, and even airports are much more to my liking. The great thing about the US is, we're so big, you're bound to find your niche somewhere. I'm glad that you seem to have found yours.
Flew to Australia via Vietnam a few weeks ago and thought we saw you on our flight, but it wasn't you. We were gutted! Love this channel and good on you for fixing the money issue. I hope you do earn millions at some point!
I appreciate how candid you are in this video; as I hope other people will! I hope the guy who went for a pee during pushback will too! He looks like he is heading for a coffee shop in Amsterdam but can't handle the caffeine... Bless him, he did seem to leg it back to his seat ASAP though rather than act like an entitled arse! Great content as always. Take care.
Hi Noel. I moved to the States from the UK nearly thirty years ago (California). I’ve had an amazing life with the usual ups and downs. Best decision I ever made. Never looked back. I hear Texas is wonderful. Good luck.
Congrats to you and your family, Noel! Really dig your channel and honest reviews. You’re like the fun Uncle who’s living his dream, and taking us along for the ride - even on flippin’ Greyhound, ha! Props to your creative storytelling and sheer joy for living. 🥇
Probably unrelated to your One World goals, but DeviantOllam just left Delta for Alaska Airlines. People seem to be raving about it, and it is part of One World. I don't know much about American, BA, Cathay, Iberia, JAL, or the others... I know Business Class on Qatar is pretty awesome! But just look at DeviantOllam's videos on Alaska/Delta in the last 3 months and that may help you see if Alaska would work for you... probably not but worth a mention.
Lovely video Noel. You truly are an inspiration. I totally agree with you how hard it is to make new content, but also to maintain those high standards to keep your subscribers engaged. I love aviation and also dabbling to learn how to fly, I opened my TH-cam channel, with 3 subscribers so far , two being my kids and one being my nurse 😅, and as a dentist, I don’t get the time to make proper videos, and to post them. 😊. Maybe in future. I loved your India tour videos. You are a brave man ! India is a daunting experience but worth it.
Thanks Noel - I like that this was done on BA flights and keep up with the funny enjoyable content 😀 BA don't have the greatest reputation - but it's the little things like the finger sandwiches, a quite often chatty and friendly crew and the British accents making you feel at home after a long trip that I like about them.
What a wonderful video.... again. 💐✈✈🥇. You have provided such comfort, joy, and humor to all of us for many years. You have shared your wonderful family (HI, RACH 🙋!) with us, too. Thank you for all your sacrifices. Much love and admiration from California. 🙏 p.s. Just received my Noel Phillips blanky. Soooooo comfortable. I have to now tear it away from my cat, Meghan, before my next trip. 😻😻
I stumbled onto your channel because I was looking at flight reviews for my upcoming travel on the 747-8 about two three weeks ago. Since then I've just been binging your content. I don't know why, but it's just really entertaining. Keep it up
Great video - reminds me of my own trips (MAN to Amsterdam and to Paris) to renew Air France gold status - best moment when landing at CDG and cabin staff advising of gate numbers for transfer passengers with destinations in alphabetical order and coming to “M” and getting confused why a passenger was transferring to where the flight had just come from ! Still had enough time to nip into town and get some nice chocolates for my wife !
Brilliant video Noel thank you. Getting yourself out of a sticky financial situation deserves a great deal of credit. There are many thousands of us that really appreciate and enjoy what you do.
Love that you open this video with an acknowledgement of people who are afraid of flying. Would suggest you consider doing a short mini-series directed at different aspects of flight that people find scary and walking them through it. You have exactly the kind of personality for the job. Great work Noel.
Thanks for being straight with us. As far as Texas goes...the part of Texas you chose is really nice. My best friend lived in that approximate area for several years, and after visiting her several times I considered living nearby. HOU is a great airport. I think you made a pretty good choice.
I don’t think I have ever watched a TH-cam video that was so motivating without being a motivational video. Almost brought me to tears. Personally I don’t find these flight videos captivating and only watched a few exotic ones like Turkmenistan but clearly enough people do to make it a viable business. Kudos to Noel! And to TH-cams, Ubers and airbnbs of this world which gave an opportunity to so many people! I admire you Noel!
Dear Noel, I really really enjoy your videos. My dad has an IT job, and part of his job require him to travel. He has been to many countries like the UK, UAE, Australia etc. I've always wanted to travel the world myself, and through your videos, I'm always taken around the world from the comfort of my bedroom. Through your videos, it always feels like I'm right beside you, and you are talking to me. It feels immersive and heartwarming. When you go to Amsterdam, I come with you. When you go to Istanbul, I come with you. Hell, I feel like I've been to Kazakhstan myself after seeing your videos. Keep up the great work man, I love you.
Thank you for your kind words, glad you enjoy them. I use to work in IT & had to travel all the time. I started my YT channel & still fly, but I am actually home with my wife & kids more now, than I when I worked in IT. lol
Actually, he did not. I wished he had. It would have been helpful. I am thinking about starting my own channel and I would have loved to know how much he earns and how much he spends on average .
This may not mean much but you are easily my favourite AV youtuber. Clear, consistent, quality videos that are truly unbiased and raw. I LOVE that you are not afraid to try anything, you're not "above" flying ultra-low cost economy in a developing country. I got into you because of your travels through Indonesia (where my wife is from and I frequent). Amazing, honest youtuber and top bloke. Big fan from Australia here.
Fantastic video Noel. I've subscribed to you for quite a while now and this was very insightful. I can't believe I've only just come across it now. You, amongst other travel reviewers, have me really wanting to start doing it myself. Keep it up. Wishing you and your family safe travels and good health.
Noel, I am fascinated by your videos. You show a side of aviation that is a dream of many. I don’t think it would be my cup of tea, but that is OK. I too changed my life to focus on aviation when my wife of 30 years passed away. I built my own plane, became an A&P, Got an IA certification, teach aviation at a local collage, and I get to fly every week in my own plane. All without a dime to start out with. I saw you at Oshkosh last summer. But you were swamped by fans so I did not get to talk to you. I hope to see you there again. Maybe I can be fortunate to have a few words with you. Keep the shiny side up and good luck! Steve
Great video Noel. I thought that this was going to be ‘what TH-cam pays me’ video, turns out it was so much more. Some incredible honesty in this and a lot of positivity. Thanks for all you do!!!
You didn't quite answer how much money you make but it's great that you make enough to support your family and crew and then some, I'm sure. All well-deserved because your content is excellent. Luv your presentations!
How did you get to that figure? maybe he makes 800k revenue, which less costs of flights , hotels, paying a video editor is probably comparable to a comfortable american household living in a prosperous area, the same as someone working in a good IT job, not a millionaire by any means
WELL DONE NOEL.I ALSO SAY ONE OF THE BEST VIDS EVER...I TAKE MY HAT OFF TO YOU.A HONEST PERSON WHO IS HUMBLE AND A DECENT HUMAN BEING.I THINK WHAT MAKES YOUR CHANNEL GREAT IS YOUR NATURE AND ATTITUDE. YOU NOT OVER THE TOP LIKE SOME OTHERS OR A DRAMA QUEEN. YOU MEASURED AND FLAT ON THE GROUND. ALL THE BEST FOR THE FUTURE AND I ONLY WISH YOU GREAT SUCCESS GOING FORWARD.REGARDS FRIM CAPE TOWN SOUTH AFRICA.
Hey Noel, I discovered your channel a few months prior and it is safe to say that you never fail to entertain, I have nearly watched all your recent videos, don't stop posting!
Your toilet man reminded me of a flight to Tibet for a cycle trip. Was taking Diamox, for altitude adjustment, and one of the side effects can be an urgent need to pee. Although only a ~1 hour flight from Nepal by the time we landed and taxied to the gate in Lhasa had to race to the aircraft loo as soon as the seatbelt sign went off to avoid an accident!
I just want to say noel, ive been watching you for around 6 years, ( the days when you uploaded full flights ) and i was about 12 at the time. Im now near 19 and watching you grow over the years has been a pleasure. Seems crazy but you have had the same influence as someone such as Jeremy clarkson had on me over the years. Thanks for all the content mate
You were my first You Tuber that I ever followed. Your content has always been amazing Noel. I appreciate all your hard work to provide amazing quality content. Continued success. Prayers for you and your beautiful family. Much love from Pennsylvania❤️
Hi Noel, I'm sadly not in the position to be able to travel, much as I'd love to! Your videos are what enables me to enjoy travelling without travelling. I find you very easy and enjoyable to watch and really look forward to the next video. Keep up the good work and thank you.
Thanks for the open and honest commentary! I'm one of those many others who dream of being a full-time TH-camr and you're one of my inspirations to actually do this. We're still a small channel but hope to grow soon. And you're so right about economy class vs business class videos - I've got two flight reviews on my channel, one economy and one business class. The business class video got about 2000 views in less than a week, but the economy one took 15 weeks to reach 2000 views. People love seeing products that seem out of reach to them. Good luck for the future too and I'm looking forward to seeing South America! We were supposed to go to Peru in 2020 which was cancelled and we've not had the chance to re-schedule yet 😢
Enjoy all your videos, the GA ones especially as I worked in GA a few years ago hope everything good now with Rachel and the family after the health issues. Best wishes keep it up mate
My partner had a fear of flying so we booked her on a Fear of flying course. We did it at Luton airport but they probably do it at other airports and it takes you through the whole process from start to finish they even take you up and fly around the airport then land again. Can't remember how much it was but it was very much worth it.
I feel that travelling by plane today is safeer than years ago. I remember when there seemed to be crashes all of the time. In the 70's when I was asked to be a flight attendant for TWA there were crashes often & I did think of that. Today, we don't hear of a crash very often. I have to agree with you that the people in Texas are extremely friendly. I lived in the Woodlands, but no matter where we went, Houston, Conroe or the area where my late hubby worked, everyone was friendly. The first time we walked into a restaurant & were greeted with "How y'all ?" we knew we were in a good place, Our neighbors were so nice. So Rach's parents moved with you? That's very nice. Texas is defiitely a lot warmer than other places in the US. I also love Rach. I feel like I could sit & have a nice chat with her over tea or a glass of wine. I also have mobility issues so we have that in common. I enjoy your videos as I get to see places I will never visit & different classes in planes I would never see.
Thanks for answering all of these questions Noel! You should try getting status with AA, they have new suites coming out at the start of the year and they fly a huge fleet. I am their second highest status, and use my status to fly Jal business class when I go to Japan.
Thank you for all your amazing content Noel, your honesty is appreciated my friend, I wish you and your family well, looking forward to your next video 👍
I am becoming an avid follower. I love your attitude, honesty, advice, tips and travel gems. How anyone can write or say anything negative about your channel is baffling. Enjoy your family, your life, good karma and all that you provide you, your family, friends and channel followers with. Your piece about how can hear you speak was fascinating. I even tried it myself and I very much like my quieter voice. Who knew!
Really appreciate you talking about fears related to flying. I'm an anxious flyer but I travel pretty often so I've encountered a lot of diverted flights (which is also *sarcastically* great for the weather diverted ones because I'm terrified of Thunderstorms :( ). That's a fantastic tip too and in hindsight it's sort of how I started watching aviation youtube videos! Having a good context can be a really great relief!
Watching your videos is helping to alleviate my stupid fear of flying. I realized that it’s not so much the plane I have a problem with, but being stuck in a space for a prolonged time. This info has greatly helped me and I’ve done a couple flights recently.
A big benefit of BA status is that you can access American Airlines and Alaska lounges when flying domestically in the US and specifically for American Airlines lounges you can access their lounges on arrival as well. This benefit does not extend to those holding status with American Airlines or Alaska Airlines - just OneWorld frequent flyers in other programs.
Noel takes the Mickey out of himself! I have always wondered just how lucrative being a TH-cam video uploader really is. And, if that means I want to know how much you make in a year then so be it!
Noel, I constantly watch your videos and I absolutely love them. I can watch your channel for HOURS. Honestly, with this video, you inspired me to start a traveling vlog!!
Flying to Budapest next summer with the brother and nephew for the F1 and saved 50% on flights using your tips. So not only do you provided me with excellent content you've also given me valuable tips. Thanks Noel
I began watching your videos a few months ago. I'm now a regular viewer. I love travel but am rarely able to do so, so I live vicariously through your videos. Thank you!
i used to work in schiphol for KLM, great airport :) always enjoy your content as done a fair amount of flying myself in planes and helicopters to work :)
Hi Noel, really enjoy your travels. This one reminded me that back in the late 80s BA did something called Fun Flights which you booked through a travel agents for a fairly low price, turn up at Heathrow on the day of your booking to find out which European Destination you would have an out and back day trip! Did this as my very first experience of flying and had round trip to Amsterdam on a 757. During the flight cabin crew checked for anyone with Fun Flight booking and we had look in the Cockpit. Those were the days….
I remember that. I think it was like 19-29 pounds, and I think they even kept your passport to force you not to leave the airport during the wait for the return flight. Maybe some free food in the airport, too. It was totally random depending on the flight availability that day, but I guess they guaranteed to get you home that day.
What do you mean? I live in the US. Are you use to the government paying your way? We do have plenty of that here, as the government continues it's quest to destroy this country with many issues
You take out healthcare insurance for the family and everything will be covered. Its the super poor people in USA who dont have this insurance and go without, thats sad!
But at what cost. I am guessing a family coverage without employer support (self -employed,), you are easily looking at $2K/month with all sorts of restrictions and exclusions. @@belugast
British expats are very warm and friendly. Some become naturalized U.S. citizens over time. Its wonderful to welcome them. Great tradition imo. My favorite British "expats" - George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, Benjamin Franklin.
Hello Noel, I don't care much about aviation and prefer to travel myself than watching videos about travel, but I'm hooked on your channel 😊, your storytelling skills and personality are unmatched, so soothing and relaxing, thanks for what you are doing! And cheers from Switzerland
What a respectful, professional, hard-working, transparent man. He truly answered any and all questions any Noel Philips fan ever had! He gets my vote for best TH-camr!
Running your own business, no matter what it is, is very hard work. Not only do you have; “the work”, you also have the other work of: running the business. So it’s effectively 2 jobs rolled into 1. 3 if you’re the tea-boy as well (like I am). So I tip my hat to anyone who runs their own business. People just see the nice side to it: the ability to take days off when you want (even tho I work 7 days a week, about 364 per year, but right, “the ability” to take a day off is AMAZING!). And in your case Noel, people see you living it up in an Emerates first class seat and think you’ve got the life of Riley. I know that behind the scenes a lot of blood, sweat, and even more tears went into that video! Amazing story, and enjoy your success, you’ve more than earned it!!! I’m truly in awe!
Always watch Noel’s vlogs and what an inspirational back story. A raw behind the scenes gritty look how unglamorous his job is. Once he had grown his YT channel he can’t just sit back he has to work so hard to be the best of the chasing pack. Take a bow Mr Phillips. You’re an absolute legend
Good on you buddy . You made your dreams come true . You should be very proud of yourself . I like the fact that you’re honest and straight to the point .
Being a former airline employee that fly a lot, I can admire the support you get from your family (especially when you have kid) when you are out flying/working. I do appreciate you tell your experience as it is. One thing I got to ask: do you ever get free ticket offer from airline (as to review their service/flight)? Keep up the good work and looking forward to the next video.
I don't accept any free tickets, as I wouldn't feel that I could give my honest opinion. Also the airline would have to approve the video, before I could release it. I explain this on my website here www.noelphilips.com/faqs
Also, you're the gold standard in Airline vlogging in my book and the Hub so to speak that leads me to all the others. Much like @Colonel Failure with video game playthroughs; there are others, but there's one go-to in the niche and, in this case, your Ryanair "Go to Spain for 20 quid for lunch" was in the right place at the right time (and that time was about a week before COVID). You're influential enough that I've literally in the last couple weeks started a vlog (Jet With JS) and have a Sun Country video in final editing.
If anyone deserves a subscription, you definitely you do! The amount of effort and detail you put into your videos is incredible! Just discovered yourself a few months ago and I’ve been bingeing since!
An inspiration, I loved this one Noel. Good to see you haven't lost your British taste - Scotch Eggs and Pickled Onion Monster Munch (GRAB BAG), fantastic. You deserve every success buddy.
I'm going back to the UK for Christmas (I live in Germany after a while in Kazakhstan) and after seeing Noel buy that packet I have decided the first thing I will do is purchase a grab bag of Pickled Onion Monster Munch! Licking my lips already 😂
This has to be one of Noels best videos yet. What an inspirational story. We saw the human side of Noel. From telling us how he was not the best with money and getting his family into a sticky situation, and then having the willpower and desire to turn it all around and make it all better. Truly an inspiration.
Thank you for your kind words.
Absolutely. Terrific video. 💐✈✈🥰
Well done Noel! .Love all the videos !😊
Well said toedipper absolutely Noel bared his soul. I just love watching his videos he makes them all very interesting and if any haters say different well haters gonna hate hahaha
But he never answered the question in his title.

Thank you for your kind words.
I can think of someone else who always seems to moan 🤣

Thank you so much, glad you enjoy the videos. Rach is feeling much better now, thank you for asking.
Literally so correct .. I love getting home from work … and tuning into “ what’s next “ with Noel 😆😌🙂
Thank you for your kind words & wishing you better health going forward.
Awesome! Thank you! Welcome aboard!
Agree! How long did it take before your channel took off?

Don’t sell yourself short, Noel, it helps hat you are also a brilliant storyteller

I am glad to see that Noel said some kind words about America. So many Europeans tend to speak ill of Americans.
I am sad you think that about us Europeans! I think some Americans have different habits and attitudes to Europeans but I don't know of anyone who would say they "didn't like Americans" across the board.
Totally untrue, don’t know anyone who bashes/hates USA, you are dead wrong my friend.

Appreciate your candid views and a little bit of a background about yourself in this video. Being a TH-camr that stands out amongst the thousands of others attempting to make a success out of it, is quite literally a full-time job. With hours of overtime. And lots of 7 day weeks.

@@kevingould6725 Thats really good to know as a nervous flyer aswell , thanks for this comment!
Thank you for your kind words & glad you enjoyed seeing your neighborhood too.
Noel - fantastic video and thank you for sharing your story. Regarding some of the negative comments, the fact you address them in such a reasonable, open and transparent way speaks volumes about you.
Many thanks!

Thanks Noel - I like that this was done on BA flights and keep up with the funny enjoyable content 😀
BA don't have the greatest reputation - but it's the little things like the finger sandwiches, a quite often chatty and friendly crew and the British accents making you feel at home after a long trip that I like about them.

My partner had a fear of flying so we booked her on a Fear of flying course. We did it at Luton airport but they probably do it at other airports and it takes you through the whole process from start to finish they even take you up and fly around the airport then land again.

Lufthansa still offers this out of Frankfurt and Munich
Well done Noel getting straight again and also sharing your personnal life. Keep at it and i'll keep watching !
I'd be terrified of moving to America if I had a family member with major health problems. Doesn't the medical costs there scare you to death?
What do you mean? I live in the US. Are you use to the government paying your way? We do have plenty of that here, as the government continues it's quest to destroy this country with many issues

Thank you for your kind words.
Thank you for your kind words.
Good on you buddy . You made your dreams come true . You should be very proud of yourself . I like the fact that you’re honest and straight to the point .
Noel, you’ve reignited my love of travel. I just got back from UK and already have a trip booked for Greece in January. Thank you for the inspiration.
Great to hear!
One of your best videos. Your humility and frankness is a breath of fresh air and much appreciated.
If anyone deserves a subscription, you definitely you do! The amount of effort and detail you put into your videos is incredible! Just discovered yourself a few months ago and I’ve been bingeing since!
Wow, thank you!
