I appreciate the time you took to film the area and the home. Especially for remote buyers it gives them a good perspective. This home has a cozy Tuscan feel to it. I agree with using the dining room as a lounge. I'd also be tempted to combine the "main bedroom" with the "office bedroom" to create a master suite with an ensuite bath and built in wardrobe.
Thank you. I love it. Now to show my husband. Love your homes you show and the time you take to give us such a wonderful description of each property and the town feelings. Have a wonderful weekend
Such a beautiful home and property. Wow. More land than I would want to take care of. But it is truly Stunning. If I could afford a maid and a groundskeeper. Laugh and the cost of the home. But that's what dreams are for. Great home I hope someone loves.
Oh my oh my! I've run out of adjectives to describe this home. So wish I wasn't by myself.... the vine is wisteria along the porch. Whoever gets this is so fortunate.
The words you were looking for to describe this home are: Peaceful and Comforting. We love it all. Had same idea about switching LR and Dining. Also, plenty of room for a tub next to the shower. LOVE THIS PLACE. and please keep telling us about the towns!!
Absolutely beautiful property and building. The kitchen is large enough for the dining table with the cozy fireplace. Your Living room idea is perfectly placed. The bedrooms are again great size, the only downside is the upstairs bathroom, I would replace all the fixtures and tiles.
Dave, yes this is STUNNING! I love love love this one❤ Too bad I need to be in a truly walkable town but if I could I would definitely buy this one!! And, I agree with everything you suggested to do with this one! Keep up the incredible job you do for us!!
I loved the presentation and the property is just as you described it: STUNNING! You have no idea how I cursed myself for not having the money to buy this property and moving in immediately! As my father said: "Some of us are born under a bad star". Must carry on playing Lotto! 😁😁😁Have a nice weekend! Regards. PS: Excellent idea of converting the dining room into a lounge or living room.
I do quite like this one, can definitely see the potential of making it into a great place, with substantial mods. A bit faux-Tuscany, not convinced it can pull it off entirely, in my opinion. Also been thinking, the price is a bit on the high side, just looking at the size of the house and the non-existing garden around it, but i guess the olive grove must be quite large to warrant the 220k prize tag. For sure the area in front of the entrance door needs to be converted to lawn and definitely a pool. Finally, that massive transmission line tower, right in line of sight of the stunning panorama views is so............. deflating. I cannot not see it every time you gave us the otherwise fabulous wide-angle, Dave. However, others will probably be able to ignore it, and will very happily buy this one. Best of luck to you and many happy days living there. There is still lots to like about this property.
Exactly what I would be looking to purchase when I retire in two years, but I would never purchase a property through "remote purchasing." After owning and renovating many homes, I've learned there are too many potential surprises when buying property, especially buying strictly on emotion, without you actually there seeing it for yourself, and in another country. Not knocking the business model, David, but just doesn't work for me as a potential buyer. I still enjoy watching your weekly videos!
Nice property you show here. But what you say it's always fantastic with neighbors and a necessity, No definitely not, it really depends on who the neighbors are. We live next to someone who is about to make us who live in this house end up in a closed ward with a mental breakdown, They make noise from 7 in the morning until late at night. They are constantly rebuilding with all imaginable noisy machines, as well as using all the world's garden tools that can create noise. At the same time, they are so F.... curious about everything we do, so it is completely unacceptable. We have never regretted moving here so much in our lives, but luckily we can move next year and were saved at the finish line. And sometimes you are too enthusiastic in what you say about almost everything you show. I have bought many properties in my almost 64-year-old life and fortunately have learned what to investigate and look for before taking the plunge. Too many decorate and make up the body, (the house) and immediately appear incredibly stunning, but turn out to be illegally built without permission, incorrectly made, yes the list is long. I'm not usually negative or anything Karen, but I think sometimes you have to be a bit critical no matter what and tell people if you see something that doesn't seem right. Because in the real world, everything is not just super fantastic and beautiful on the bottom. But or yes, there are many beautiful properties, but then you definitely have to have the big wallet out of your pocket. And you should definitely investigate whether there are urban plans that will change your surroundings quickly. And yes be aware of everything. Pictures and filming are grateful for the immediate impression of the eye when you see the property and do not always show the standard correctly, it is something else to get a building expert to review your home. I only speak from experience also because you are often overwhelmed by the view and everything may have to go too fast because you think the property will be sold quite quickly. Take your time, research everything before you buy anything. We definitely won't have any neighbors near our new property that's for sure. For many, you can't talk sensibly at all without it being you who is difficult and annoying. But thanks for the great footage.
i would defiantly stop the drive where the house starts and turn the rest back to garden plus that side part is crying out for a pool, i wouldn't have a problem with having neighbours but a little bit concerned with what happens in that big barn, but all in all lovely.
😢😢 just a bit too expansive for me but i like it here . Love Lanciano!! 2 off my ' friends ' live there . Fantastic inbetween place . Bring it on (for me) PLEASE !!! That country site wow 🎉❤❤❤
This house is great value for money and gorgeous! Great find. Of course, your format is awesome. I'm curious, how often or easy is it to rent to own? Does it work better with the homes under a certain price?
I love looking at the towns Dave ❤😊🇦🇺
I enjoy your walks around the towns. But this little town was absolutely stunning.
The vine looks like wisteria. Beautiful purple flowers.

You realise Tuscany is nowhere near Abruzzo?
I am Catholic, I love to visit the churches and participate in Mass.
Beautiful David, thank you
What a stunning property. Worth every euro! You also add a bit of humour here and there. Love it! 🇨🇦
Stunning property. Love the town tours.
Oh my goodness, it truly is beautiful ❤️
Another fabulous home brought to you by Dave "Party Showers" Benton

Absolutely beautiful.

More house than I need, but such an incredible property! Somebody’s gonna score big time!
Absolutely beautiful property and building. The kitchen is large enough for the dining table with the cozy fireplace. Your Living room idea is perfectly placed. The bedrooms are again great size, the only downside is the upstairs bathroom, I would replace all the fixtures and tiles.
Wisteria!!!❤🎉❤
Dave, yes this is STUNNING! I love love love this one❤

You are so hilarious…love watching your videos. Thank you
That looks like wisteria growing along the porch, which has very showy flowers.
Beautiful country property! Love the views, olive trees and outdoor space. Inside has some great features
Beautiful home with gorgeous views at a great price!
One of the best you have shown.
Fabulous house! The views are super stunning!!
As nice as it is, A property in town would really be better for avoiding needing a car all together. I can't wait for when you show us some.
@barbieholicable an in town property with 4000 Sq meters of land and all those olive trees would be much, much more expensive ....
I appreciate you taking your time. It’s as if I’m walking along side of you. And gives me time to look at every detail. Thank you, David 45:46

Nice property at a reasonable price, but you do tend to bang on a bit mate
Showing the town is very important. You need to visualize your life in these small towns.
Good morning ❤
If the washer could be moved somewhere else, that area could be the shower for the main floor bathroom.

I like it.
Fab huge place. Love the green. Wonder how much to replace kitchen countertop tile to one piece no grout and new roof cost?

44:42 A glass of mead, actually - just to be different! 😅

OK, let's be honest, you do tend to overdo the "stunning", but this is...stunning.
🎉❤
It snowed in Abruzzo and is continuing to snow.
thats good you cant have a ski resort without snow
Problem is keeping the snow. First sunny and warm day and it will be all gone!😂
I never understood the layout of italian houses...almost as if they start building without any kind of plan.
Nothing wrong with layout of this .... bedrooms and WC upstairs and kitchen/dining/living rooms downstairs. How else would u do it?
Where are the people of this town… looks like a ghost town
Every week there's one who asks this. It's been answered timexand time again 🤦♀️
This house is great value for money and gorgeous! Great find. Of course, your format is awesome. I'm curious, how often or easy is it to rent to own? Does it work better with the homes under a certain price?
They need a love ❤️ button 😅
Did not disappoint Dave! Thus won’t last the weekend. ❤❤❤
I had such a fantastic time with my friends at that part off the coast , real fantastic beautyful Fossacesia and that bounty beach Ortona ...
Could you put a link in the chat? Regarding google maps.
Do it before....
