Ciao Marco!! So you managed to find a piece of Heaven for under 800 euros? Incredible. The house is warm, welcoming and so thoughtfully designed. And the views.....just awe-inspiring. Why anyone would sell it is beyond me. I would be hard pressed to leave the property once I settled in! Another visually incredible production of a fantastic home. Grazie Marco! This was a real treat.
Bella proprietà Marco! I just returned home from two weeks exploring Tuscany: Scandicci for the olive harvest, Firenze for its history, Fiesole, Arezzo, Siena, Puglia: Bari, Modugno; Bologna, Abruzzo: Montepagano where a friend just restored a 1000 year old home :). Each had unique foods, architecture, dialects, fashion and stunning views! I rekindled my love for italy as one of the finest places to live or retire to :). Keep these wonderful properties coming with your magic touch of local foods, modes of transportation, style of presentation; we all enjoy them very much.
Excellent video, Marco. Grazie. Your quality of editing is truly like a mini movie. Just fyi: the style of the wooden floors is herringbone pattern, and very common in historical properties of a certain era.
I have watched your channel for a while, i finally subscribed today. Your postings are top notch. I love how you mix the tourist spots, food, and real estate. You communicate clearly for those of us that do not have knowledge of the Italy. You are also easy on the eyes.😊
Beautiful place. I follow you because you have a great way to expose the properties beginning with the local food which is such a huge part of the culture. I am not in this market as I am looking to retire next year and think a smaller lower maintenance place would work better. I hope that one day you show us smaller spaces perhaps in the smaller towns of Tuscany, Umbria, Marche. Love your channel.
Gorgeous property for an amazing price.... loved the lake and island village... I think, with your talent, you will be in Hollywood in the future Marco!
Sitting at dinner tonight in Montepulciano under a full moon over Lago Trasimeno, having watched your video today. You always provide a beautiful range of perspectives for an Italian life. Grazie mille!
Great work Marco! Can we have more of newer constructed homes like this one please. It’s an amazing price for a real stunning home, the property with the views and a pool is spectacular. Thanks for your amazing vlogs!
What a find Marco. spell-binding views. from the property. The price seems a bargain. Great to see you're expanding into yet more stunning Italian areas. Loving your unique style. Keepem coming. Grazie mille.
Nice house, pls show us the cantina next time too. I have a feeling something interesting might have been hiding there;) plus the ferrari was a nice bonus 👍
Hi Marco! Your video's a fabulous. It's like a virtual field trip and much fun to enjoy viewing. THE ONE thing I wonder, since I do not live in Italy and don't have a sense of reality is IF you lived there, what would your grocery shopping store/farmers market look like? How far away? What time is the best time to go shopping? I've learned, and forgive me, you already know, Italy has some different than America times to shop. All good. I am curious about the logistics of living in that space. Internet, services, etc. It's so beautiful and tastefully done. Thank you for sharing the video with us.
I can answer your question somewhat about the food shopping. I’ve just spent two weeks travelling Italy and one supermarket in particular. Esselunga or CoopFi, has everything you would want and more at half the price it is in Canada. Aside from the larger markets, you will find local farmers shops throughout town for your daily supplies. Their produce in Italy seems much fresher and more organic than what I find in Canada for the most part. The food also has more flavour, for example, when I buy almond milk in Toronto, it has near to no flavour of actual almonds in it, whereas in Italy, each of the brands I purchased, you can taste the almonds without any extra additives or preservatives. I was experiencing digestive problems here at home and was worried about consuming foods in Italy, but to my surprise, over two weeks all my issues subsided and felt great eating there.
You can easily find a lovely grocery shop in a 10-15 minute drive. I looked it up on maps, and nearby, there's a Conad supermarket, Europspin, Lidl, and several small grocery shops - and not to mention the number of farmers; you will never run out of food, lol. I am Italian and lived in Vancouver; going to a grocery shop there was way more complicated than going to Italy. Opening hours usually are from 8 am to 8 pm. The Internet is ok, not as fast as a big city, but absolutely doable. In about an hour, you can drive to Perugia, Siena, and Arezzo; in terms of distances, everything is pretty close, and for an American or Canadian, it's quite shocking how simple it is to get around.
This is the first new-build Italian house that I really like. I generally prefer the converted farm houses. The only thing I'd change is that upstairs bedroom bath -- shower, that seems like a cleaning nightmare to me. Great price! I live on Maui and you can't even get a cement block 3 bdrm 1 bath built cheap and fast in the 50s on less than a quarter acre for less than $900,000. In 2022 we took the ferry out to Isola Magiore and had a wonderful lunch. Grazie for another wonderful video keeping me distracted from the unfolding of the current state of the USA which will have worldwide effects.
A beautiful house in a wonderful place. It seems taken out of the brochure of a travel agent. The price is fairly reasonable. I wish I had the money! 😭😭😭LOL = Grazie Marco!
You should give us the price of front so I know if I should even watch the video if it's too expensive there's no point. There are beautiful expensive houses everywhere I'm looking for the cheap stuff that I can move into immediately.
Your channel has easily become my favorite TH-cam Italy channel after watching channels with properties

What a house. And as usual, your videos are just the best. My wife and I cannot get enough of them.
Your videos transport me. They are a feast for the senses, just like Italy. Thank you for making and sharing such beautiful movies. 🎥 🇮🇹 ❤️

Stay in the US, Trump will sort it out all the mess that Biden has created misery for the world.
Great house! I enjoyed the shower (amazing and original and natural feeling!) and balcony a lot. The ferrari was great to see. Thanks again!

A beautiful house in a wonderful place. It seems taken out of the brochure of a travel agent. The price is fairly reasonable. I wish I had the money! 😭😭😭LOL = Grazie Marco!

Ciao from fans of your show in San Francisco, always a fun surprise in each video and we liked your tribute to that Italian agent "come with me"...😂
Very beautiful and amazing views!
Very lovely. In Italian are the floors called fish hook? In English we call them herringbone. Cute translation!
Spina di pesce 😊.
Italy .....what’s not to like? 👏
Gorgeous!
Nice house, nice car, nice people, nice food and nice place...

Hello! What is the name of the Giacomo Real State? Thank you!
@@valeriabilheupereirabieber6105 send me an email to marco@justdreamitaly.com and I could put you in touch 👍
Hello Marco, is furniture included in the price?
Yes it is
How many hectares?
Why are you not mentioning the house price?
He did
750 k euro.
Property looks like it needs some attention also Neighbours beside and above.
That's about 10 times more value than buying a home in Australia, home to the most boring, overpriced homes on the planet....
€5000 per year, eye-watering road tax for that Ferrari 512 Scag
😂😂😂 budu miliardář!!! Kolik ze jste me už stali peněz? Píšete to někde?!
V blázinci se budou na všechno ptát!!!
Ok so now I have to rob a bank !
Is this location safe? Seems pretty far from cities. Ps: I'm not from Italy.
Of course is save, you have Siena within 1 hour and Perugia 40 minutes.
the paint finish on the Ferrari is terrible
You just lost a viewer by allowing autodube to your videos. I wnat to listen to you in Italian. Turn it off please!
It might be a setting on your end? I’m not sure… appears to be something new from youtube
